Chapter #07: Realized

"I know that I've only known paige for a short period of time, but the way she treats me makes me fall for her harder and harder" I said to kay. "So you're saying that you're gay now?" kay asked. "Yes, I am. I guess" I answered. "But, she's a womanizer" kay added. "You don't even know if that's true, where'd you even heard that?" I asked. "Girl, do you live under a rock? It's literally all over the campus, that's also one of the reasons why she's popular besides being good at basketball" kay answered. "I'm gonna give her a benefit of the doubt" I said. "Well, don't come and cry on my shoulders if ever she hurts you" kay said as she rolled her eyes. "Thank you for being concerned, but I just feel something special towards her" I said.

I don't know what she fed me, but she's just so special to me now. I feel a spark everytime we're together. She a gentleman in this world full of little boys. She made me gay. It's my first time to feel something different about a person. But, what if she hurts me?

(Time skip: At the campus grounds)

I saw paige walking alone at our campus, so I called her.

"Paige!" I shouted.

She turned around and smiled when she saw me.

"Oh, cleio. Why are you all alone?" she asked. "Paul and kay are still at their classes" I answered. "Wanna go get some boba tea?" paige asked. "Sure, I guess" I answered.

When we arrived at the boba shop, she pulled the chair for me to sit on it. I got butterflies in my stomach when she did that. She then asked what I want to order.

"Clei, what do you want?" paige asked. "Just the strawberry boba tea" I answered. "Okay, just stay here and I'll order" said paige.

I got out my wallet, and paige saw it.

"What are you doing?" said paige. "Getting some cash so I can pay?" I answered. "I will be the who's gonna pay, so put your wallet inside your bag" said paige. "No, I can pay for myself" I said. "Clei, let me" paige added. "Uhm, okay fine" I said.

Her action made me smile.

When she got our order, she sat down and handed me my drink, and our hands touched. I got nervous, but she just laughed.

After we finished our drinks, she offered me a ride home.

"Clei, let me take you home since i'm also heading home" said paige. "Okay, thanks for the offer" I said.

(Paige's POV)

When we got inside the car, I got a flashback about what happened on the night of the party. This is where our first kiss happened.

When we got to the dorm, I parked my car and got out of it. Cleio and I walked together towards the dorm's door. As we're walking up the stairs, cleio looked at me and smiled. Her smile's what got me.

When we arrived at my floor, she opened her arms and pulled me in for a hug. I felt that spark once again... The spark that I felt when our lips touched.

After the hug, we both said goodbye to each other.

I'm falling for her even more as days go by, but I'm not sure if she'll give me a chance since I was known for being a "player".
