The following morning he is making us breakfast half dressed when  Angela,  Frankie and Jane come. The look on Frankie and Jane's face was pure disappointment.  They say hello and sit down with their coffees.  They know one another but none of them like him like I do.

"Maura I leaving today for Africa for six months. I always enjoy my time with you."
He kisses me and goes to my bedroom to pack his stuff.

"What I don't say anything when you have people."
None of us respond.  He walks out and Maura gets up and walks him out. We hear them kiss.
" Jane just tell her."
" MA stay out of it."
" Jane she is right.  I know Tommy and I don't have a chance with her. We already kissed her once and she told us both." " You fucking did what?"

My brother doesn't repeat it and I look at  Maura and storm out of her house.

"What is wrong with Jane?"

We both tell her she is just moody.  Angela tells us she will clean up and we leave for work.
As I drive to work, what happened to get her moody. I park my car and go to the Dirty Robber to get myself a coffee. Jane is there brooding.

" Jane what happened  to get you so mad?" " Both of my brothers kissed you and you never told me. I thought we didn't keep important things from each other. I guess I was wrong."

Maura looks at me and places her right hand on my arm.

"Jane I see them as younger brothers. I knew how you react so it was better for me not to say anything. Please look at me. I don't like it when we are at odds with one another. "
" I have to go to the bullpen and update and be updated on all the cases."

Jane leaves and I am hurt and frustrated.  I knew I should of told her because the look in her eyes hurts deep. I get up to go to the basement to begin my work day.

We are done in the bullpen with roll call and all. Everyone leaves but Frankie and I. I grab Frankie by his neck and push him against the wall.

" STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER. DON'T COME BY FOR BREAKFAST ANYMORE." " JANE I COME BECAUSE YOU KNOW MA MAKES ME BREAKFAST.  YOU TELL MA TO COME TO MY PLACE TO MAKE ME BREAKFAST. "

Frankie leaves and I go to the Dirty Robber to speak with my mom. I tell her I don't want Frankie over for breakfast anymore and for her to cook for him at the guest house or his apartment. She looks at me and tells me she will but I need to resolve this with Maura.  I leave to go with Frost to work on some new leads. I drive in silence. We get out and Frost tells me I was wrong with what I did with Frankie.  I look at him, roll my eyes and lock the car so we can enter the restaurant and wait to see if she comes in today.  Frost and I order coffee and wait. She finally shows up and heads to the ladies restroom. I follow her.  I know Frost will pay for our coffee. As she is brushing her hair one reapplying lipstick.  I handcuff her.  We exit the restroom. I hand Barry her purse and than pat her down.  Barry reads her Miranda rights before we exit the restaurant with people staring at us.  I push her head down and sit in the back with her while Barry drives us back to the precinct.  We both know she won't talk without a lawyer.  We book her and she has her photo taken.   We take her to one of the interrogation rooms to interrogate her.  She wants a lawyer. Barry is getting up to call her lawyer when the FBI enter and tells us both they will be taking her. Korsak tells them it's already cleared.  We remove her handcuffs and she smirks at me. I swear if there wasn't witnesses nor a camera on, I would slap that smirk off her face.  Korsak  tells us come on we have to solve the other two cases.  I am  pissed because it was my collar and they sweep in and take her and our evidence.
