"Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5Jisung had decided to walk to the university. He didn't know why, but he was doing it. And although he didn't understand the reason, his body did.
As many say, where the heart goes, the body follows. And Jisung's heart was heading towards Minho as if it were a force of attraction. He was standing in front of the Luxe Entertainment building, although he knew it was impossible for Minho to be there; he should already be at the university.
So, he stayed there for a while, observing the facade while recalling the wonderful day he had a week ago. He was so distracted that he didn't even notice a person standing right next to him.
"Wow, you really liked the company after all..." Minho said, and Jisung jumped in fright.
"W-what... what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at the university, with Felix and...?"
Minho turned to look at the boy and shook his head. At that moment, he noticed how flushed Jisung's cheeks were and how well put together he looked, as always, even just in his university uniform. But to be honest, Minho loved how well put together Jisung always looked.
"I came to practice for a while. I met Jihyo at nine-thirty. We're done now."
Jisung made a face of displeasure upon hearing the name "Jihyo." No, he didn't dislike Jihyo, he was simply annoyed by the fact that she could be so close to Minho and he could not. They had been friends for a month, a month getting to know each other and putting aside the stupid rivalry their parents had created, and at this point, they were no longer "Mr. Han's son and Mr. Lee's son"; they were just Jisung and Minho.
"Jihyo?" Jisung rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, and Minho furrowed his brows in confusion. "Did you take her to your private dance room, or to a regular one?"
The truth was that Minho didn't know why Jisung reacted that way every time he mentioned the girl's name, so he simply chose to ignore Jisung's tone.
"No, the only person who goes in there is me. I'm not going to take her there; it's special."
"Then... why did I go in?" Jisung asked, feeling a bit of pressure in his heart. If Minho said only he went there, then...
"Because you're special too."
Upon hearing this, Jisung's eyes widened, and he had a look of confusion that Minho found very amusing.
"Huh?!"
"Hm, you are... You're one of my best friends at this point, Sungie."
"B-best... friends...? Oh. Yes. Sure. Best friends. HAHAHA."
Minho was left perplexed by the strange way Jisung was behaving. And Jisung, for his part, wished the ground would open up and swallow him due to the embarrassment he was feeling.
Jisung, of course, you are his best friend, you idiot. Why did you stumble over your words, huh? Wait, SUNGIE?!
Jisung slapped his mouth and then lowered his head so he wouldn't have to see the face of...
The very handsome man in front of you just said... HANDSOME?! WHAT?! No, no, no, no... Just. Just Minho, yes, Minho. The Minho who always...
Jisung raised his head while keeping a hand over his lips and looked at Minho, who was completely confused by Jisung's actions; he seemed to be... crazy or something.
Jisung, focus, tell him you're going to class, that you'll see him there...
"Do you want to walk with me to the university? That way I won't be so alone."
