The Red Dot Sight is an accessory meant to help improve the user's aim with a RIVAL blaster. It functions similar to reflex sights used with airsoft or paintball. It utilizes a dim laser module and a tinted lens, keeping the red dot from actually shining on an opponent. The right side of the Red Dot Sight features an on and off switch. The left side has a slider that changes the vertical position of the dot by adjusting the angle of the lens. The side of the lens features hash marks for elevation.
The winch-like mechanism used when attaching the sight to the blaster is meant to work like a real firearm with a Picatinny rail or weaver rail. It clamps on to the rail when deployed; when undeployed, the clamp releases.
