The Red Reveal is not compatible with tactical rails and only works on the Switch Shot EX-3. It is a tinted red scope that is designed for use with the video game Nerf N-Strike Elite to see special secret messages in game, as well as see weak points of enemies.
It can be pressed down and locked into place by simply pushing it towards the blaster itself. The gray mechanism on the side of the Red Reveal, when depressed, de-catches the accessory and returns it to its normal form.
