The ChronoBarrel is a detachable barrel extension that can track darts as they are fired from the blaster it is attached to. This can be used to track remaining ammunition in the blaster or the speed at which darts are fired, both of which are read out on an LCD screen.
There is a single tactical rail underneath the ChronoBarrel.
