28: long time no see

(Y/n)'s pov:

After I made sure everyone was up and moving, I got everything ready for the theme park. It's around 10 am at the moment and we'll be there all day.

About half an hour later, we were on the way. The car was very quiet today, unlike yesterday. It was awkward, so I turned on the radio.

Rock music started playing. I noticed that it caught Bre's attention.

"Is this Leo?!" She yelled. Ethan looked at her then at the radio.

"Yup, sounds like him..." his voice was monotone. I know why he's upset, but is he upset at hearing this boys name?

"Mom, this is an old classmate of ours. His name is Leo. He's the one who taught me how to play the guitar," she seemed so happy when talking about him.

"Yeah, and he had half the girls in the school drooling over him," Ethan rolled his eyes. Bre looked around confused, "guys do you hear something? I think I heard someone was jealous and pissed off talking when he's supposed to be quiet," Amity, Luz, and myself held in a laugh.

"So what's this boy like?" I asked Bre.

"He's a sweet guy. Other than what's his name again, he was the only guy who was nice to me and actually cared about me," Everyone knew who she was referring to but didn't say anything because honestly. This is funny, Ethan is learning what it means whenever a girl is fed up with your bullshit. She literally pretends you don't exist.

"He has a great singing voice, obviously. Yeah, a lot of girls liked him, but he never paid any attention to any of them."

"He sure paid a lot of attention to you," Ethan rolled his eyes.

"Honestly, I think I might be hearing voices. Mom, am I going crazy?" Bre looked dead at Ethan and flipped him off. The song ended, and now it sounded like an interview.

"So, Leo, is it true you'll be performing a show at a theme park?"

"Yes, we're getting more out there, so we decided to take up an offer from the owner of Bolts of Fun to perform this weekend."

"Do you have to pay for the concert?"

"If you're in the park, you can just come and watch. Otherwise you do have to buy  a ticket for the park in order to go in." I looked at Bre. She had a wide smile.

"Moms, please tell me that's the park we're going to?!" Me and Amity laughed, I held up the tickets, making her scream from happiness. Ethan, on the other hand, groaned and rolled his eyes once again.

Luz looked at Bre, "bre, he sounds like he's Hispanic or Latio, is he?"

"Technology, yes, just you know, born here," Luz nodded and smirked.

"Also, did I mention that we're also performing here tonight?" I told everyone.

"That's why you have your instruments packed," I nodded. "That's also how I got free passes and fast passes for us." I laughed. I'm still a cheap woman even whenever I'm rich, plus I got kids I need to send to college and pay for it.

Whenever we got to the park, it was packed, but since we were performing there and because we were quickly recognized, we got in pretty quickly.

"Willow, Hunter and Luna, can you watch the kids while we take our instruments to the stage please, well be back shortly. Go ahead and get something to eat before we go on rides," Luna smiled at me while holding the twins. Her being able to fly makes keeping them asleep so easy cause she just floats through the air without needing to touch the ground.
