Dr. Top- Hello Sky ! How are you doing, kid?

Sky-I'm doing fine😅😅

Dr.Top- Thank God you came clinic finally. After your case was sent to me I talked to your parents and I asked them to bring you here cause I really want to talk to you personally than with your parents.

Sky-Umm.. I don't think I need therapy, Doctor. I'm really fine 🙂
and I'm doing well. You can see my academics and other activities too..

Dr.Top- As I thought..

Doc Top- So Sky from your answer I got to know one thing that you are suppressing your emotions and trying to divert the answers , you really need therapy cause as per your answers and all the past history I think your case is much more complex...

Sky your traumas are deeply embedded that means you have become so comfortable in it that you don't know what does a normal clear mind feels like.The answers given were normal for you, but I could analyze that so much more things are missing in it. It's like you are telling me something else,showing the world something else, and you believe in something else.

Sky-Doc I'm not understanding what you are saying.I'm not hiding anything from anyone it's who I am, it takes time for me to open up to new people.

Pen resembles the things you try to carefully filter out and present in front of most important people
For example it can be your behavior , choice of words ,the way you act etc...

Paper resembles blank canvas you use this in front of other people now why I said blank canvas is because you change your personality as per people to people like if you find them really nice you change to rude and if find them rude you change to nice
Am I correct Sky to keep them away from you.
And yes if want something or someone's help you try to act like them.

Gun this is what you actually believe in and what is Gun resembling power Voilence Manipulation desire etc... it could be any one thing or can be a mixture of all..

Okay tell me one thing you experience nightmare ,panic attacks and anxiety attacks frequently right ??

Sky-Umm.. yes I get it once or twice a week or month.

Doc-So tell me Sky what do you do when you get nightmare do you wake someone like your parents or your friends and tell them you are experiencing this??
