(Storm above)
I wake to something wet and warm licking my face. I roll over. The licking follows. "Leave me aloneeeeee." I wine to Storm. The only puppy who dares to lick my face. The i hear the "Ruff Ruff!" of Hurricane. Then I hear the wining of Tornado. I sigh and roll out of bed, sho the puppies away, and stand up. "Won't you guys leave me alone for once?" I mutter. Then grab a jar marked, Honey And Shove a spoon into the jar, and lick some off. The puppies look at me expently. "What?" I ask them. "This is mine!" Storm wines, and rests her head on my foot. Looking up at me with puppy eyes. "Ugg." I groan. "Yeesh, here you go!" I toss them a bit of raw bacon, Storm snaps it up. Her head trained on my hand. Hurricane looks at me. Then my hand. Then me. A slow smile creeps across my face. "Training starts today!" I say. Turando dashes of. Storm cowers. Hurricane wimpers. I roll my eyes. "Yeesh, You would think I was gonna kill you." I smile evilly at them and Storm and Hurricane follow Turando. I turn back to my Breakfast. Grabbing some newly baked bread, Honey and Strawberries. I eat on the way to Bell, and the rest of the pack.
With Hermosa probably checking up on her friends, and the foals and other mares following her, I count the dogs I have in my head.
Bell: Female purebred Black poodle.
Storm: Female Poodle/Doberman mix
(Up above)
Hurricane: Male Poodle/Doberman mix
Tornado: Male Poodle/Doberman mix
Riley: Male purebred Black/Brown Doberman
Butterfly: Female Purebred Tan/Gold Chow Chow
Jenga: Female purebred Tan Mountain Cur
Blue: Male purebred Blue Heeler
Copper: Male Golden/Lab mix
Daisy: Female purebred Red/Gold Corgi
Dash: Female purebred Gold Chow Chow
Dart: Female purebred Tan/Gold Chow Chow
Dot: Female purebred Brown Chow Chow
Wish: Male purebred Brown Chow Chow
When I reach the open grassy field that the puppies like to play in, (Storm, Hurricane, Turando, Dart, Dash, Dot) I pause. Wish and Butterfly are laying next to each other. Looking happy for once, while their puppies romp around the dirt and grass. "Hey guys." I say to them, Butterfly yawns and rolls over. Well Wish puts his paws over his eyes. I laugh. "I am starting training today," Their reaction is priceless, Wish pops his head up, and Butterfly wines softly. I scratch her belly. Normally they just sigh. Not Today!

After rounding up, Storm, Hurricane, Tornado, Dash, Dart, Dot, and Jenga, Blue, And Copper. When all dogs are more or less sitting, (Storm biting playfully at Dart, Hurricane looking like he wants to hide, Copper looking miserable, Jengo looking at my small, cut up meat pieces, Blue looking everywhere but me, Dash, Being Dash, Dashing around and chasing Dot. Turando being the only one who focused on me (besides Jenga.) "Alright guys!" I say, clapping my hands. All dogs except Turando and Jenga jump. I see Bell, Riley, Butterfly, Wish, and Daisy all watching us from a distance. "Do you wanna join us?" I shout out to them, Bell and Riley disappear, and Butterfly becomes Dart, and Darts off. Only Wish and Daisy are left. Daisy trots over and I smile at her. "Alright guys, we are going to work on heel." At that moment Daisy looks like she wants to hide. I snicker to myself. "Jenga Heel." Jenga snaps to attention, I turn and walk away, the puppies stop play-fighting and watch us, Jenga matches me stride for stride. I smile at her. "Good job." She gets a bacon piece. Storm's mouth waters. "All Good!" I say. Jenga, Wags her stump of a tail and walks back to her place and sits down. "Storm Heel!" I repeat this over and over. Each dog walking with me. It takes most of the day and I call them over after Copper has had his turn. "Come on you guys, Dinner!" My last word rings through the cave.
As me and Copper, Daisy, Jenga, Blue, Storm, Hurricane, Tornado, Dash, Dart, and Dot, all follow me back to Homebase. Along the way Butterfly, Wish, Bell, and Riley join us, I have all dogs sit. Watching as Bell snaps at Hurricane when he tries to drink her no longer milk. Storm and Tornado must have already learned. I see Butterfly doing the same with her three. I set down one bowl. "Storm come!" She dashes forward. "Tornado Come!" Then "Hurricane Come!" Then another bowl, "Dash! Dart! Dot!" Then another bowl, "Riley! Copper! Blue! Wish!" then another bowl, "Bell! Butterfly! Daisy!" I leave them to eat their meal. And grab one of my three plates, and put some bread, Jam, and a fresh carrot, and a peach. And I sat down outside to watch as the cave got darker and darker.
