Me and Mahogany went inside our hotel room while Matt went with the boys to Chipotle. I told her all about the Cameron's special "plan"
"Ooo Athena! Do you think he likes you!" Mahogany cheered
"Nobody likes me, are you crazy? We are just friends and he just wants to hang out and talk more" I explained as I sat on the bed
"Oh come on, you are amazing and hot! Who wouldn't want you?" She said while she went up to my suitcase and search for the cutest clothes I have for this.
"Millions of people don't like me" I stated
It went silent as she picks out my outfit for the "date" which Mahogany believes. I honestly feel so much better and just so happy. After so many things have happened, i'm glad i'm taking a break from all of this. It's so stressful, this night is going to be amazing, I hope. Since I don't even know what's going to happen, I'm just going to assume it'll be fun. I mean come on its Cameron, he's crazy fun! And he always, ALWAYS do amazing, cool stuff. Well...not always.
"Well this is one of the cutest things you could wear I found in your suitcase and a little something from me" Mahogany smiled
It was the perfect, Mahogany knew me so well. She handed me the clothes and I changed quickly in the bathroom. For once I actually felt beautiful, I felt so confident wearing this and I started laughing in joy. "Oh my god" I laughed out loud, I was just so happy that nothing could make me down. I looked at the mirror one last time. A white t-shirt underneath Mahogany's overall shorts and some white vans top off with a red flannel and a red bandana i'm guessing she stole from Taylor. I walked out
"You look so beautiful Athena" She smiled as she walked up to me and hugged me
"I just feel amazing you know? I feel so happy and so beautiful. This night is going to be amazing, just feeling confident for once and taking a break from everything to hang out with the one I love-"
My heart just stopped, I can't believe I just said that. Words just came out of my mouth without even thinking. Mahogany just gave me smirked and I put my hands over my mouth, laughing again. I couldn't stop smiling. I can't possibly be in love with Cameron, no...fucking....way. I can't fall in love, i'm not letting this happen like last time when I fell in love.
But at the same time, he's different from Austin but I don't really know the true Cameron so that is risky. That will ruin our friendship because what if he doesn't love me back? He doesn't just look at me who would actually wanna like me? I don't even deserve him.
"Athena? Did you really just said that?" Mahogany smiled so big and bright
"There's no fucking way, I love him" I replied
"No matter how much you deny it, you love him. From the bottom of your heart, you have strong feelings for him because why else would you say that?" Mahogany deeply explained
As I was about to reply to that, I heard a couple of knocks on the door. I looked at my Mahogany and she gave me smirk. I bit my lip, I was so fucking anxious and butterflies were in my stomach. I walked over to the door and opened it to see Cameron wearing an amazing outfit. He walked in and greet me and Mahogany.
"I'll see you later, i'll be with the guys" She winked as she walked out the door
"Wow, Athena you look amazing" Cameron said as he stared at my outfit and then at my eyes.
"Thanks, you look amazing yourself" I replied
"So Cameron, take me to the surprise place!" I cheered like a little kid getting ice cream
"Alright let's go then" he smiled
Cameron and I walked over to the elevator and that's when things got interesting.....
