It needed a lot of talking to get Grey that he comes to Tim and Lucy's home and not to talk to them in his office.

Because Lucy was nervous as hell, she told the whole story in one monologe without letting anyone, not even Hailey at her part of the story, interperupp her. When she finished, she took some deep breath, looked down onto her fidgeting hands, and waited for Grey's reaction.

The rest of the group could particly see how his brain worked over all the informaticus before Lucy had spoken.

Then he looked at Lucy, who could feel his gaze burning on her but didn't dare to look up. She was just too afraid of his reaction.

But she didn't have to be.

Because the first reaction was simply that he took a step towards her and hugged her. He pulled her into a tight, even comforting hug.

His second reaction was to tell her that he needed to sit down. So he did. The others also.

"Ok, well, to get that right. You all here are telling me that one of the best captains, Mick Carson, has... raped you. "

He pointed at Lucy.

"And you saw that."

Now, how he pointed at Hailey.

"Then he threatened you because you"

His finger swung back to Lucy.

"Because you didn't tell anyone about your diabetis there?"

All of them nodded, and Grey ler out a deep sigh.

"We are asking if you could help me with the process against him."

Another sigh, go's Lucy's going to die at these sighs.

"Lucy, you could risk your whole career with that."

"I know."

Grey looked up at her.

"And I really would love to keep it, but there are women out there, I could protect from going through that kind of trauma. He probably didn't even do it the first time, I mean, when I've thought about it lately, there so many women at our station who tensed up before going into his office, who refused ro take night shifts or just got uncomfortable at his slightest compliment. I know that I can't be sure. He did that to others, but even if not, have I learned that I should at least stand up for myself or for future women if there should be some. Because I think nobody, not my worst enemy, should go through that. Nobody should think that your sergeant likes you, and thinking he maybe even wants to be friends with you. Nobody should get a little crush on him, just before his hands start to sneak his way unobtrusive to their breast or breasts! Nobody should experience being called into his office when there are almost just the two of you at the station, and when you feel uncomfortable, even scared, still have to go into his office because he still is your boss. He shouldn't be able to threaten you with a secret you told him in trust or just the fact that he is the boss! Nobody should experience how he gets closer while you move backwards until there comes a fucking wall. Not live through the fear when he presses your wrists against it and starts undoing your duty belt. He shouldn't be able to get his hands down into your panties while you're all helpless and know that nobody will hear you. You shouldn't live through the little hope that he may stop or stay like this. But no, it's just starting to really get funny when he pushes his cock into you with a joy and roughness what makes you crying and having burning legs afterwards... So yes, I will do it. To show every woman out there, that people can believe you, that the things can change! And I'll do it for every fucking woman who hasn't the chance or the strength to transfer the station!"

There it was, Tim thought. This situation again, this look in her eyes, her whole body language. Lucy had told all of that to Grey with a straight face. Not one tear had left her eyes. Not one word had been shaking, and not one thing about her would let anyone think that she'd break down as soon as she entered her home. But Tim knew she would. It was just like when Rosalind escaped. She was keeping a straight face over the day, letting everything built up until she lettings it out in a way he found too painful to watch. But still, he did watch it. Because even when she'd try to push him away first, Tim knew that she needed comfort. That it was just a mask, saying that she wanted to be left alone.

Lucy was out of breath from her speech and Tim could see a panick attack building up which she, of course, was willingly to suck and let put in the evening, but he couldn't do that. As selfish as it sounded , he just couldn't. So as she threw a look over to him, he just walked up to her, hugged her, and whispered into her ear.

"Breath, Lucy... Let it out, at least a little bit. Nobody here will blame you for crying. Ok?"

She nodded into his chest, which was pressed against her face. Before the nodding went over into sobbing.

She was happy about those words. Ok, maybe not happy because she was still crying and literally having an extremely Nad day in a really hard time. So let's say she was grateful for them. Relieved to hear that it was ok to cry and that from such an important person like Tim.

They stayed in that position like five minutes, nobody in the room making a noise or a move. Then, Lucy pulled away and looked at Tim.

She looked into his damn pretty blue eyes. God, they had so often driven her crazy. First, when she had been new, and felt all the judging looks burning on her. Later, when she searched comfort, wanted to be happy or was happy already and just got her happier. They were the reason that she wasn't always freaking out when he over-cared because of her diabetis. And now, not for the first time, they made Lucy's eyes drop to his lips.

Tim noticed it, and he noticed it and caught himself doing the same. From her beautiful brown eyes, his eyes fall to her soft pink lips.

But just for a second. Then, she stepped back, whipped her tears away, and looked back to Grey.

"So, eh, who will interrogate me?"

You could tell that she was nervous, but if he hadn't already before, Grey knew, he would've seen now, how serious she took that.

"I think it should be a person you haven't involved yet. Them should still know, though, I mean even a little closer. But before we tell who's story that is and who them is going to interrogate, them should look over that case without your name on it and make their unaffected opinion about it. Of course, that will be a good detective... I was thinking about-"

The whole room answered with the same person, and were right with who Grey was about to say, and agreed with his idea to that.

"Nyla Harper."
