Drops of rain are racing with the wind, while Spiderman changes directions from second to second in order to reach the villain. Soon, the rain made it hard to travel by ground, so she starts using her webs to travel from one building wall to another. Since its wet all over the place, she just swings wide with her webs, hoping that when she gets to the end of the swing, she'll have something to catch on. The night took over soon enough and it got harder to spot the man that was trying to get away. Because of that her swings get faster, and the air turns thinner, but she found the right opportunity to catch the run away person, when he stopped to check if Spidey was still following him. She let herself fall from the wall, and kicked the scoundrel in his face, as the ground made itself useful and caught her.

Finally, the many weeks spent on tracking him were showing results. The pellets of water infiltrated Spidey's suit and it got iritating. The man was knocked out on the cement, so she took her mask off to get some fresh air. It feels nice to have some cold rain drops running around on your face. It's refreshing. A dark figure showed up behind the woman and her spider senses activated, as she backed down trying to get away from the silhouette. The person standing in front of her raised their hands and smiled. It was Sadie.

'Slow down Spidey. It's just me, they say'.

Their black costume surely did its job to make them look scary. Spiderman looked them in the eyes and then laughed.

'I thought he had some allies, but then I remembered he works alone.'

'Well, if you had studied the plan like I told you to, you would have known everything about him by now. But you just refused to!'

'Studying means doubting one's abilities. I am Spiderman, I know everything about everyone,' she smirked as she finished her sentence.

It's surely not Sadie's first time working with Spiderman, so they got used with this attitude. It actually gets amusing at some point. It's just her way of being a hero. She likes to work alone better, without receiving any help or backup.

'Alright, whatever you say. I'm going to get this guy back to the sedium and report to Dr.Charles. Go back home now.'

And as they said that the man and they faded away in the darkness like an illusion. It is Sadie's power after all to create illusions so they might have not been there the entire time, but they were only being projected there by Sadie. The girl exhaled and after a minute or two of standing all alone on the silent street she decided to start making her way back home through the greedy rain. Of course, she has to go to college tomorrow and see those horrible people she totally dislikes. Another day spent staring at her notes, while having to support the loud noises. Although there are some good sides at going to college indeed and some good people, like Viktor, her bench mate. But at the end of the day, she doesn't go to school for them, so she couldn't care less what they do.

Tonight, the moon looked like a pearl, which was getting swallowed by the black sea, as it was following u everywhere. In a few days, it's going to be a full moon. The cold finally gave Spiderman some peace when she entered her house. She slammed the door and turned on the light. Suddenly, a small kitty came running and screaming at Spidey. The girl sat down smiling, as she was waiting for the moment when her cat will jump in her arms. Hugging it after a long day of work is like a reward. Its purrs helped her calm down and she leaned her head against the wall, listening to the loud silence and her cat. Even if she had a bad day, petting its black fur made her feel better. She knows she's at home when her kitty is there. Minutes passed and she fell asleep with the little animal in her hug which was soothing her incomprehensible pain.
