Curiosity is bad

She heard from the living room how they were slamming the wood onto the hard table. She grimaced slightly because of the loud sound but then started studying the room she was in. First thing she noticed were the big windows, behind the TV, which gave her a view of the nature. The black coloured walls were covered in cool posters painted by no one else but her friend. Most of them were creepy, probably representing their most important fights because they all had one colour in common, which was red. Her eyes fell on the one that represented two people fighting on a hill. It was so obvious one of them was losing, but the weird thing was that the other was hiding tears behind their dark hair cornered with a tint of white. Gyutaro was crying in that painting because the blonde one was losing. She failed not to observe that this time, the red colour was centred in his eyes. The same eyes she saw in her dream. The same eyes that glared at her in a bored manner and almost killed her. But that was just her imagination. She switched her attention to the big white bookshelf which contained old books, from the look of their torn covers. They were probably some old classic books that nobody ever touched before. The living room was connected with the kitchen through the doorway, so when the girl looked to her right she saw her friend working on a new sword. They make their own weapons and they actually turn out very cool with different designs and colours. Finally, the boredom got to her and walked to the kitchen slowly.

'Are you afraid of the future?' They asked, still working on their sword.

The question took her by surprise. Staring at him, she saw a fracture of sadness that betrayed what he was feeling. She avoided answering for a few seconds then stepped on forward in front of Gyutaro.

'I don't see a reason why I should be afraid. My future is certain and whatever is prepared for me I will take it.'

One thing about Seiy is that she always speaks confidently and is certain of her answers. Her friend sketched a smile, as they took a break from whatever they were doing.

'There will come a day, when you'll have to make a decision. An important decision,' he spoke as he glanced swiftly at the sword he had finished earlier. The blade was long and sharp. The black hilt was cornered by a strident colour of white, while the golden pommel matched colours with the chappe. He picked it up with a fast move and pointed it at the girl. 'You'll have to know how to make a decision in a critical moment.'

Her eyes widened at the view of his sudden change of behaviour. From the look of his eyes, he didn't seem in the mood to spare any seconds just to explain what he was up to, so she just went with the flow. With an amused look, she stared at Gyutaro and due to an ounce of lack of concentration from her friend, she then disappeared from their eyes. They quickly realized what happened and started looking for her. They saw a shadow near the living room windows and noticed one of the swords disappeared. Their legs started moving, knowing exactly where they should be heading. Outside wasn't sunny today. The cold was hugging them from behind, just as they realized it wasn't the cold, but it was Seiy's sword pointed at their heart. Moving the battle outside wasn't the best decision the hero could ever make, but it gave her a few seconds to get a hold of a weapon. The wind suddenly started blowing in their faces and managed to make her loosen the grip of her sword. With an intentional move, the creator of the weapons snatched her elbow and started squeezing it hard, only for her to drop what she was holding and to hit her in the face. The spider instincts showed up soon after she had taken the hit and carefully avoided the swing of Gyutaro's sword. Thanks to that, she managed to create a distance between them and relax a little without lowering her guard.

'Why do you live here?' She inquired as she was contemplating the place.

While switching from a fighting position to a relaxed one- spinning the sword in the air, only to catch it with the other hand- he answered with a grin:

'I'll tell you only if you manage to disarm me.'

Say no more. She grabbed the sword from the ground with a hasty manner and jumped to attack, only for the swords to make a clunk when they hit one another. The repelled attack sent Seiy to the ground harshly. As she was getting up, she met eyes with the point of the sword and realized she had lost. But no. Not yet. The other person giggled and lent her a hand to get up. But Gyutaro. The fight didn't end, did it? She barged at them and slapped the sword of their hand. With that, Spiderman won and is awaiting an answer.

'Well, well, well. That's my bad or you just tend to change the fate of battles at the very end.'
