Nara frowned, biting her nails while watching the drama on the television. It's weekend and she's spending her off days at her parents house, since it's been a while since her last visits.
Life had been a bit hectic lately, Nara is busy her work, same goes to Donghyuck and that's mean they haven't hang out for a while now.
"Nara, can you come help me with this, please?" She heard her mother shouted from the kitchen.
"Yeah, sure!"
Nara paused the drama, heading towards the kitchen. She grabbed the knife and cut the onion just like how her mother told her to.
"How long will you stay here? You've been pretty busy lately, it's not usual to see you busy with works" her mother said, giggling a little. Nara replied with a chuckled and lifted her shoulders.
"A day after tomorrow, I have to get back to work, mom. There's a lot of customers and clothes we need to finish"
The old lady flashed a warm smiled, glancing towards her only daughter.
Nara has grown as a woman now. Not the same college kid anymore, who enjoys her time at the college with friends. Hang out with Donghyuck and did some other bunch activities during semester break.
"How's Donghyuck?"
Nara shrugged, "both of us are busy with works but he's being doing good" she replied before sighing a little. "But we already had a plan to go on vacation to Busan next month" her mother hummed, while stirring the pot.
"Aigooo, does my daughter has been missing her little boyfriend?~"
Nara looked up to her father who just walked in inside the kitchen, smiling teasingly and wiggling his eyebrows to her which made she chuckled.
"Dad..."
The man laughed and ruffled her head before going towards the refrigerator. "That's life, Nara. I know how it feels when you just start your working life" Mrs. Yoo smiled.
"I know you've just got into a relationship, but have you think about... you know, married? Because you and Donghyuck have known each other for a long time right? More than 3 years now"
Nara pursed her lips together and shrugged, passing the onion to her mother.
"I don't know mom, I think it's better if we just stay like this for now" both of her parents exchanged looks and Mrs. Yoo furrowed her eyebrows, looking at her husband.
"Weren't you so excited talking about marriage back then?"
Her father placed down his cup on the table and smiled warmly to his daughter.
"Do you perhaps afraid about it?" Nara turned to her father and lifted her shoulders.
"I know you've been reading and listening to a lot of marriage issues nowadays but that can't be the reason you're afraid of it. Everyone is not the same, from what I see, Donghyuck is capable to take care of you so I'm not worried to choose him as my son-in-law. You do want to be his wife don't you?"
