O29 : Haechan and Serin

"You can stop staring at her like that" Haechan muttered quietly while digging on his meals. Serin clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes.

"She needs another punch"

Haechan shrugged, "can't you see that fresh bandage on her nose? Giselle gave it real hard for her" Serin scoffed and finished her drink.

"Deserves that"

College starts as usual and Serin went to class like before but this time she's alone since Nara still at the hospital.
She heard about what happened and already went to visit the girl. From what Serin knew, Donghyuck and Renjun took turn to take care of Nara but most of the time Donghyuck would accompany the girl there.

After Donghyuck's class ended, he will immediately rush to the hospital. Renjun would visit Nara at the hospital first before go to his class.

Nara is seriously a lucky girl.

Serin is not jealous by the way. Nara deserve the whole world and Serin also would sacrifice anything for Nara, her truly best friend.

"Haechan!"

Without looking up to the owner of the voice, Serin already rolled her eyes in annoyed, looking away.

Haechan looked up to the girl who approached their table and raised his eyebrows in confusion. "Huh?"

The girl giggled and tucked her hair behind ear. "It's been a long time since we hang out together, I miss you..."
Hearing those words and those voice made Serin's expression turn to a disgusting one.

Haechan awkwardly laughed, exchanged looks with Serin who stared at him blankly.

"What's your name again...?"

"How could you- it's Yurie!" Haechan pursed his lips together and cleared his throat. "You see Yurie or whatever- I'm having a lunch right now so I'd appreciate it if you don't disturb me, moreover I'm with someone" he said nudging his head to Serin.

Yurie averted her attention to Serin and eyed her from head to toe. She raised an eyebrows and scoffed a laughter.
"What? Another toy?"

Serin furrowed her eyebrows and scoffed which made Haechan immediately held Serin's hand, preventing the girl to get up and shove her fist on Yurie's face.

"Yurie."

"What? Oh my God, are you not tired of yourself, Haechan? You said you just want to have fun and play around but now everytime I hit you up, you always came with an excuse and all I see you hang out with this girl all the time"

Haechan pinched his nose bridge.
"if I'm not wrong, I heard you've got a boyfriend"

"So??"

Serin scoffed and crossed her arms. "So go ahead with your boyfriend. Why do you need to hang out with him?"

Yurie chuckled bitterly, "why? Are you jealous? I can go to whoever I want, geez"

"You're just showing how cheap you are. Go run to your boyfriend instead, you can do anything with him and nobody cares" Yurie rolled her eyes and turned Haechan who innocently smiled and lifted his shoulders.

"Well, she's right"

Yurie sighed and shook her head. "Damn fine, sorry girl. I'm not stealing your man I guess- is she your girlfriend yet? She's a possessive one" with that she walked away leaving Serin who's holding her anger with Haechan who still innocently smiled.

"Are you jealous?

Serin immediately turned to Haechan and scoffed in disbelief. "Me? Jealous?" She pointed on herself before shaking her head. "Why should I get jealous? It's none of my business, she's just annoying."

Haechan grinned and hummed, taking a sip from his drink.

"If you're jealous you can say so, I'll be happy to hear you're jealous"

Serin frowned and avoided his gaze, looking down on her phone. "I don't care, do whatever you want. We don't even have anything" - "So you want us to have something??"

"I don't say that!"

Haechan burst into a laughter and finished his drink. "I get it, I get it..." He chuckled and got up from his seat, "you're cute" he muttered before went to wash his hand, leaving Serin alone.

Little did she knew, her cheeks slowly turned red as she trying to calm her rapidly beating heart.
