A yawn escaped her.
The rooftop was cold as she sat looking out over the city.
It was the classic picture, the yellow lights of the city contrasted against the dark blue of the sky.
Dark blue, the sun was almost gone, making her favourite colour as the sun finished setting.

Tsuki stared up into the sky, her eyes taking in the endless colour. It was beautiful.
When she looked down, instead of the yellow lights, she found all sorts of colours. Each person seemed to shine in different colours, sending their troubles up for Tsuki to see. Even from all the way up there.
Blue was sadness, green was disgust, purple was fear but... not a lot of happiness tonight.

Tsuki closed her eyes and took a breath. So much emotion, so much people. Tsuki wished she could have a break for once.

The wind caught her hair as she sat there, her eyes closed, her brain relaxed.

A small push in her back was not what she had expected, although, as a lonely villain, hated by many, she probably should have.

"Fuck—"

Tsuki opened her eyes to find rows upon rows of windows flying by as she fell down.

Well, she had a good run. Guess she's dead now.
Roll the end credits!

The sudden red around her surprised her. Though the red feathers became a purple as someone's fear shone around her.
Two arms grabbed her waist, carefully hoisting her up into the air.

Suddenly she flew above the city, and then there was a different rooftop underneath Tsuki's feet.
She stared at the ground, feeling particularly dead at that moment.

"What the fuck..." she breathed, realising she wasn't dead. Looking up with a small twitch, Tsuki found the hero that saved her. He had given Tsuki some space, probably thinking she was upset, which honestly, she had been.
Now she was chuckling in the back of her mind, wondering why she was this 'lucky'.

Her bright orange eyes found his golden ones, and her luck ended.

Hawks froze up, recognising Tsuki.

"Boo," Tsuki gave a wide smile, though on the inside a few curse words passed by.

She grabbed her pencil from her pocket as the hero shot feathers her way.

With a practiced jump into the air, Tsuki avoided the fearfhers all at once. With a sharp stabbing motion Tsuki almost hit the hero with the pencil.
This pencil was normal, though all Hawks knew about it was that everyone who touched it suddenly became mad.

Tsuki once more used the pencil as a knife, only for a feather to swat it from her hands.

"Ah well fuck me," Tsuki said casually. Again she seemed to think of death.

This was his chance. Hawks had to get this villain gone from the streets! Finally people could feel a bit safer!
He shot a feather her way, shooting the few paces forward to hopefully restrain the villain.

Tsuki's eyes found the feather and she plucked it out of the air, using its force to turn it around and shoot it back at Hawks. Before it could leave her hand though, it touched Hawks' chest.

Colour spread in the pro hero's chest as his eyes widened in a cold yellow.

Tsuki found the feather softening as the pro hero stopped completely, a smile appearing on his face.
Then Hawks burst out laughing, a charming smile forming on his face.

With a frown, Tsuki tilted her head. The effect wasn't exactly what she had expected.
Tsuki's quirk was a complicated one, and she hated it. She put her hands behind her back, studying Hawks with a curious look.
Her quirk had this thing where she could activate someone's, main emotion. Laughter was Hawk's main emotion, the one in control or something? He struck Tsuki more like an orange, or something mischievous maybe, but not this bright and cheerful. Though here the hero was, laughing as yellow shot from his chest. What did he go through to change on the outside that much??

As Tsuki stood, admiring her new masterpiece with new curiosity, she suddenly found something wrapping around her hands.
Welp, that was not a good thing.
She quickly tried to get it off, knowing there was new danger. The cloth didn't budge as it tightened and suddenly pulled Tsuki up. Why did she choose to go to a rooftop again?

"No..." Tsuki complained as she found more cloth wrapping around her. Whatever quirk this was, it sucked. Laughter still sounded even when the scuffling of a fight disappeared so quickly.
Thinking about it, why was tonight so difficult? First she got thrown off a rooftop, then she got caught by a hero, and now she was wrapped up in cloth? Maybe it was connected, like a big master plan.

She tried to struggle a little, but gave up and stared down. Someone walked up to her with his feet on the rooftop below her, holding what looked like the other end of the cloth.
He was wearing full black with yellow goggles, or whatever you call those weird glasses.
Tsuki looked up at him, the blue reflecting in her eyes.

Without thinking, Tsuki said it, "Beautiful." —not the person, but the blue!

Behind the goggles red light shone and all colour vanished, getting replaced by reality.
Tsuki looked around confusedly as a complete silence followed. Where did her quirk go?
Looking up, she realised the sky was still the same colour.
Though it was later now, the sky had gotten darker. Disappointment.

"Thanks for your help," the dark clothed person said as he turned to Hawks. So he was a hero as well? With that blue...

"Yeah, well, never again..." Hawks said as he tried to catch his breath.
"So what's really going on?" Hawks asked then as he readjusted his wings a bit, "Nezu couldn't have been serious about the new program."

The black clothed person looked up at Tsuki. "I'm honestly questioning that rat's sanity as well."

Tsuki continued to look down with her slightly illuminating orange eyes, wondering how she should get out. Though, it did seem funny to go along with this, Tsuki had only gotten arrested twice before. Those two times were funny, so why wouldn't this one be?

In the meanwhile Nezu poured himself a cup of tea.
He knew those small minds would see him for crazy. He knew that Aizawa was doubting him. But surely once the results of the program came they'd understand!

Nezu shook his head and turned off his computer.
He had individual plans for each of them. Really, you'd think this was one big chess game for Nezu. He was sure he could get into the heads of each kid, helping them grow and overcome all the obstacles preventing them from feeling like what they were. Just some kids.

And maybe it was crazy, but Nezu just emptied his cup of tea and found his leather bag. He put it on and turned to the door.

Tomorrow they'd start, so he should get some rest.
Excitement bubbled up in his chest, indeed, tomorrow they would start.
