The following morning, Jungsu reached out to Jooyeon once more, commenting on their typical daily arguments during practice. "As usual, we would bicker every day at practice." "I hope you're doing well." He expressed his well wishes for him and hoped that he was doing well.

Following the unexpected communication from his former partner, Jooyeon found himself unable to focus on his tasks as he grappled with the decision of whether or not to disclose this information to Jiseok.

Frustrated and conflicted, he eventually found himself venting to Jiseok amidst their work responsibilities. Jooyeon approached Jiseok with a sense of urgency in his voice, clutching the vials of blood samples tightly in his hands. "There is something important that I need to share with you, Jiseok," he began, his expression grave.

"Make it quick. We're in the middle of work," Jiseok said as he focused on reading the urine sample result.

Jooyeon hesitated, struggling to find the right words as nerves took hold of him. Jiseok fixed him with a curious gaze, waiting expectantly for him to speak.

"You what? "Jiseok said impatiently.

"I don't know where to start." At this point, Jooyeon started making some strange gestures, causing Jiseok to glare at his friend for distracting him.

"Please go ahead and share the information now, or you can also mention it during our scheduled lunch break," Jiseok said.

Jooyeon hastily mentioned that Jungsu had contacted him the other day and today.

Jiseok's outburst echoed through the otherwise quiet workplace as he exclaimed, "Oh, he messages you? Wait, are you serious? He actually has the nerve to message you?" This sudden eruption of emotion earned him disapproving looks from his colleagues.

"Shut up, but yes, he sent me a message," Jooyeon said quietly.

Jiseok warned Jooyeon not to give in to the temptation of replying to him. "Don't tell me you replied to him. Don't be whipped, Lee Jooyeon."

Jooyeon spoke with assurance as he stated that he chose not to respond to him.

Jiseok expressed his relief that "finally you're not whipped anymore. That's a good thing," which he viewed as a positive development.

Following their discussion, they returned to their respective tasks and resumed working.

Jungsu has been fixated on his phone, completely absorbed in whatever he is looking at, while the rest of the group busies themselves setting up their instruments in preparation for their practice session. His attention seems to be completely consumed by whatever is on his device, as he remains oblivious to the hustle and bustle around him. Sending a message to Jooyeon's number had the unexpected effect of easing the burden that Jungsu had been carrying around. Despite appearing to be speaking to himself, it was as if a weight had been lifted off his chest.

"Jungsu, what have you done? "Gunil inquired, his gaze fixed on his phone, leaving me puzzled by his question.

Jungsu responded by saying, "Uh, nothing? Just sitting here?" There was nothing going on, and he was just sitting there.

Gunil then looked at Jungsu with wide eyes and said, "You messaged Jooyeon? Your ex?"

Jungsu's initial reaction was one of confusion and denial as he stammered out his response, but his words came to a sudden halt as he glanced down at his phone screen and saw something that made him pause and reconsider his previous thoughts. Jungsu tilted his head and narrowed his eyes in an attempt to get a better view of what was being shown to him.

Jooyeon's recent tweet...

About his ex messaging him.

Jungsu's is his only ex.

That means...

Jungsu was still trying to wrap his head around what he had just witnessed when suddenly he felt a powerful blow to his head that nearly knocked him out of his seat.

"What the f-?" It's Seungmin.

"Yeah, what the fuck did you do?" Then he chuckled, as well as Hyeongjun.

"He was actually just doing you a favor by waking up from whatever madness you were thinking," Seungmin said, laughing again.

Jungsu stayed silent as he gently massaged the area where Seungmin had struck him.

Throughout the entire time, Jooyeon was reading his text messages. He chose not to respond to the message.

Gunil inquired as he approached us, wanting to know the reason behind reaching out to an ex-partner. "Why would you message your ex?"

Jungsu's gaze fell to the ground as he nervously played with his fingers, his mind lost in a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions.

Jungsu admitted that he believed the person had changed their phone number: "I thought he changed his number, so I messaged it." So he decided to send them a message anyway. This caused everyone in the group to burst into laughter once more.

"Why did you think that? Did you think he would change his phone number just because you guys broke up?"Hyeongjun asked, and Jungsu glanced at him.

Seungmin couldn't believe Jungsu's decision and couldn't help but express his disbelief: "What an idiot." Jungsu, feeling offended, shot Seungmin a glare in response. Seungmin continued to mock Jungsu's choice, insisting that it was truly idiotic, and he couldn't resist laughing at Jungsu's expense.

Jungsu gave him a disdainful look and rolled his eyes in exasperation. Throughout the entire rehearsal, they were playfully teasing Jungsu about his actions. They were joking about how he had messaged Jooyeon, expressing his strong desire to reconcile with him.

On social media, Seungmin expressed his frustration by saying that there are times when he feels like disowning their lead vocalist due to their silly actions. ""Sometimes I wanted to disown our lead vocalist for doing something stupid."

Next, Hyeongjun took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the situation, commenting on "Jungsu clowning himself big time." and even adding a clown emoji for emphasis, further highlighting the comical nature of the situation.

Every single day, Jungsu would send messages to Jooyeon, while Jooyeon would constantly find himself fighting the urge to respond to his ex by scrunching his nose and trying to resist the temptation.
