                           Ellie Standley POV

"JJ, it's the five July !! That means there's free hotdogs at the beach" I jump on his waist. I am so excited, they are making the best hotdogs and I wanted all year for this.

JJ didn't get up from my bed yet, it was noon, the sun was already rising, it was very sunny outside. I was already dressed while he is still shirtless, half asleep.

I wasn't gonna wait for him to slowly wake up, by one, they're no longer gonna have hotdogs anymore, I wasn't the only one who thought those are the best.

So I decided to wake him up, he was very pretty sleeping but I bet he would look gorgeous eating those amazing hotdogs with me on the beach.

"Come on! Sleepy beautyyy! If you go with me I'm giving your lighter back so you can smoke weed again" yesterday I stole his lighter to prevent this from happening.

His eyes pop open when he hears this, he immediately sits up. He gets up and hurry to my closet, in less than five minutes, he's already ready to go eat those amazing hotdogs.

We hurry outside the house, saying goodbye to my mother and asking her about her date with Skeet. Before hurrying to the beach before there's no hotdogs anymore. Well, JJ hurries for his lighter which I forgot at my house, but I didn't tell him that, he doesn't need to know.

Once we arrive, I run at Loïc's stand. "Loïc!" His head turns to me, a confused expression on his face. He doesn't even remember me? How dare he.

"Ahh, Ellie, I knew I would see you here, and my name is Lorick I've told you a million times" I shrug it off, now remarking he completely didn't knowledge JJ.

"Okay Loï- Lorick, can we have four hotdogs and free fries please?" He laughs, shaking his head with a small smile before looking at me. "The fries are not free, you know that you try this every year"

"Pleaseeeee" he nods, mumbling a small "okay" leaving to prepare our dinner. I turn around to look at JJ, but I remark he seems angry, his jaw is clenched, his tongue poking his cheek.

I frown, my eyebrows drawing together, "what wrong?" His death glare pass from Loïc to me, his expression change to something I can't read, it's softer.

He puts his hand in his shorts pockets and sighs. "Nothing" clearly there was something wrong with him, something bothering him, I tilt my head, looking at him and try to figure out what wrong.

I raise an eyebrow at him, "there's something going on JJ, tell me" he sighs again, his eyes bore into mine, before he starts speaking again.

"There is nothing going on Ellie, let it go" he says with an angry and cold tone, my face turn into a scold. I fully turn toward him, facing him. My arms cross, pressing my boobs as I take a step forward him, trying to look scary even with how small I look compared to him.

"Don't talk to me like that !" He shakes his head before looking away from me, looking anywhere but at me. Sadness set into my chest, before I fully turn around, Loïc comes back to us with our meals. JJ's death glare slides back to him.

Ohh...

He. Is. Jealous.

I fully turn around, a small smile on my lips, the pain fade as I take the hotdogs from Loïc hands. Blondie takes the fries, not bothering to stop glaring at the poor boy.

I say bye to Loïc, telling him I hope to see him next year, before sitting close to the water, on the sand, next to Jj.

I look at him and give him a small smile, his face trying to hold back one. "You know you have nothing to be jealous of right?" "Jealous? Why would I be jealous?" He says immediately.
