I called her once twice thrice but still she's sleeping in my arms, i tapped her cheeks she nuzzled her face on my neck crook sunggling like a panda, I chuckled shook my head at her antics shook her a little but she waked up with a jerk looking around.

"We are at home get down" I said with faint simle and I came out and opened her side door, but she's struggling with her heavy lehenga to come out I held her hand helped her to come out.

I intertwined my hand with her, we walked together towards entrance
Where everyone standing, maa did the aarti and ashii kept kalash full of rice asked her to kick and her feet dipped in red fuild, entering home maa took us to temple to light up the diyas.

She looked so tired. Also, she ate her dinner a little. I was about to take her to my room, I mean our room, when maa stopped us.

Yug said everyone giggled looking at us. My ear and neck turned pink due to embarrassment. Scratching my neck, clearing my throat, I looked toward her, her entire face turning into a crimson shade.

"Aaj se mein hamesha apni pothi ke side mein rahunga" dadu said I gave him betrayal look, he shrugged off.

"Traitor" I mumbled looking at him. He shrugged off, teasing towards me, and sat beside my sona. I gritted my teeth, glared looking towards him. He shrugged off his shoulder. I glanced at her. She was looking at Dev with teary eyes. I know she was overwhelmed by my family.

"OK let's start the ritual" my thought broke when maa said. We both dipped our hands in a bowl of milk to find rings. I couldn't find any rings. I accidentally touched her finger, and my body stiffened with an adrenaline rush through my veins. I looked at her; she was biting her lower lip. Internally, I groaned and shook my head to rid myself of my unholy thoughts. Everyone started cheering for us. Suddenly, she lifted her hand, showing the ring, and gave a full-blown smile, revealing her rabbit teeth to everyone.
