Hey, back with more! this is still going to be kind of short, but I will try to publish daily. Again, this is my first fic, so it might be slow going, but I will try my best! Hope you like it.

I Keep coming back and editing this, so I'm hoping eventually it will be really good. Well, hope you enjoy reading this!

My eyes fluttered open, the light of the room blinding me. A massive headache seemed to thump against my skull, the headache almost unbearable. All I could feel was pain. Horrible, excruciating pain. I couldn't think, couldn't remember what had happened, why I felt like this. Suddenly, it came back to me. The memories of the train, the bathroom, and Amy seemed to haunt me as I slowly woke up from my daze. As my blurred vision cleared, I became aware of Amy, Tails, and Shadow's figures hovering around me. They were talking. I couldn't tell what they were talking about, but I could tell that the sound made my head spin. I didn't have the words to speak, fearing that any sound I uttered would make the feeling of knives in my head increase. Amy looked down for a moment, her eyes widening as she realized that I was waking up.  "Sonic, you're awake!" Amy said. she must have seen me wince at the sound of her voice, because her volume lowered dramatically as she spoke. "We're working on getting you help, just hang in there," She whispered. I found my voice, all be it dry and crackly. "I feel better," I said, attempting to rise off the couch. My head spun, and I almost fell down, but Shadow caught me. "Back on the couch, Faker," Shadow said. I did't have the strength to fight his grip or even to try to move. I was lying on the couch again, the cushions welcoming my limp figure. My limbs felt sore and unmovable, like I had been running for days on end with no break. Amy and Shadow resumed talking about possible hospitals, but I honestly don't care. I was weak. I was a target. That was Eggman's train. Eggman knows, I realized, My thoughts spinning like a cyclone in my head. Eggman will target me, and I can't do anything. Reality felt like a cold pill I had to swallow. I could't do anything. My fate was in their hands now. Let's just hope they know how to take care of a sick hedgehog.
