As I climbed into the backseat, Shadow moved over and rotated Sonic's head onto my lap. I laid my hand on his forehead, as I realized he had a fever . "We need to get him some help soon. He has a fever now," I said. "When we get to my house, I have meds he can take that will bring the fever down," said Tails. "How much longer?" Knuckles asked. he had been twitching a lot. He must be very impatient. "About five more minutes," Tails answered. I stroked Sonic's soft, royal blue fur and kissed his forehead. "You'll be alright, Sonic. I'll make sure of that," I whispered into his ear. He moved a little, and I thought I saw the slightest smile on his lips.
