This is my first fic, pls go easy on me. I also made the cover myself, so you won't find the picture anywhere else. Note that this does not ship sonadow, but I do think of them in, like, a brotherly relationship. This  takes place just after the murder of sonic the hedgehog.  Also, This ships sonamy, and they're dating, but it will be more like sonic boom, so more subtle. These might be a little short, but there will be a lot, so i hope you like it!

Hi! I just edited this and realized how bad it originally was! It was literal cringe. Well anyway, hope you like it.

"Sonic?" I asked. He had been staring off into space for a minute now, his eyes seeming a little duller than usual. He stumbled slightly as he walked, swaying as if he couldn't keep his balance. "Yeah?" he mumbled, his voice sounding slightly dry and cracked. "Sonic, you look like you're about to vomit," I stated. "Amy, I feel fine," He almost whispered, his voice seemingly not wanting to cooperate. I could see right through his little lie. He seemed like he was about to kneel over and die right there, his ruffled quills and bloodshot eyes adding to the look. I silently pleaded with him to tell me what was wrong, staring deep into his emerald-green eyes.

"Amy, I-"  He stopped mid-sentence, his eyes widening slightly as he jumped up, racing up the stairs. I followed him into to the bathroom, dashing in on a sight I wished to never see again. I stared in a combination of horror and disgust as I watched the vile smelling greenish brown fluid flow from his mouth. I let out a sight gasp as he collapsed onto the floor, the slightest bit of vomit dripping from corners of his mouth. "S-Sonic?" I asked hesitantly. I had never seen him sick before, let alone unconscious. He took pride in being strong, never revealing a single weakness. This made me all the more worried as I watched the strongest person I knew fall to the floor at my feet. He mumbled quietly, his words slurred together. Sonic's strength seeming to have left him, he lay collapsed on the ground, his beautiful green eyes dull, glazed over with pain.

My worry grew as he groaned, moving his head slightly. I needed to move him, but I couldn't carry him myself. Usually, he carried me. Running purely on adrenaline, I made a split-second decision. "KNUCKLES, I NEED YOU. NOW," I yelled, my panic overtaking me. Knuckles came pounding up the stairs, his feet slamming down on each step. He entered the room, his expression fading from a bright smile to a deep frown as he caught sight of Sonic's limp figure lying on the ground. "What happened?" He asked in a solemn tone. "He collapsed in here a few minutes ago. I can't move him myself," I said. I stared at Sonic's face. That face had helped me through a lot. Now, it was my turn to help him. "Amy, I think this might be the blow dart from the train. What else would cause this kind of damage?" Knuckles commented. It made sense. That would explain Sonic's reaction. A blow dart would have caused a much larger response from the hedgehog, especially if it had been designed to be the cause of his demise. No Amy. Don't go there. I silently chided myself.

I stared dumbly as Knuckles gently lifted Sonic into his arms. We walked down the stairs slowly, not wanting to jostle our precious cargo any more than we had to. He laid Sonic on the couch, attracting the attention of my party guests as one by one, they gathered around us. Shadow was the first, His face showing the most emotion I had ever seen, which was little more than a slight frown and a worried glint in his eyes. "The blow dart," I said, as if those three words explaining everything. If only I had realized that Sonic was hurt sooner... Come on Amy, now's not the time to think about that, I said to myself. "We need to get him to a hospital, or at least somewhere with medical care," I said. "I'll drive," said Rouge.
