3rd Person (POV):

As faint stars froze in the coal coloured sky, a clocks hands ticked around the clock, striking at 4:53.

At the Wind Estate, a young man with snow white hair, laid asleep in his futon, not for long though.

As much as Sanemi Shinazugawa appreciated his sleep, he had a date with his future husband, and he wanted to be as ready as possible.

Flying through his bedroom window, the man's personal kakushi crow landed on the shelf, inspecting the man below him. It was a navy blue colour with an olive green pin, similar to his master's sword hilt.

He was given a specific task. But wasn't told why. He had to follow his orders though, it was his job.

Sorai flew over to him, taking a deep breath, before screaming into the others ear:

"WAKE UP. WAKE UP." At this point, Sorai was just next to his ear, projecting his voice to be loud and clear. Even if not, he just had to wake him up.

Without much need to say, Sanemi woke up.

He shot up, fists up and is ready to attack. He frowned realising how he'd been woken up, sighing when he realised why he asked to be woken up.

He looked at his crow, glaring at him. That, of course, sent the wrong message so Sorai was quick to apologise, bolting  back out the window.

He climbed out of his futon, doing some quick dynamic stretches before heading out the door. He slowly walked over to his guests room, wanting to make sure he wasn't woken by the noise.

He opened the door, being met with a similar sight to 5 hours ago.

Giyu Tomioka, a man of his same age as the other, slept surrounded by a large dip of pillows. His dark, navy hair poked out from under a thick blanket, as his head was hidden under the valley of pillows.

Gentle snores bounced around the room as Shinazugawa walked towards the sleeping man, giving him a gentle kiss on his forehead.

Sanemi was determined to prepare the best date for his lover, and with him there for Tomioka, nothing could ever go wrong. Right?

He ran (more like a speed walk) to his wardrobe, throwing out any clothes he didn't see fit for the occasion. He didn't have many clothes that weren't his uniform, considering that it was rare he got any time off. But considering that he's taking care of Tomioka, he gets less missions.

He picked his best outfit, actually, it was one he hoped Giyu would like.

It was a simple one: a white, long sleeved shirt  which showed his large, hard earned muscles. He wore a long, dark green jacket, reaching just above his ankles. He wore loose trousers, black but soft, like his soul.
For warmth, a black scarf was tied around his neck (like this 🧣).
He had white gloves and extra layers underneath his trousers, not visible.

He thought he looked alright, and prayed that Giyu would like it.

He opened his drawer and grabbed his wallet, his watch and a pocket knife. He was quick to run out the door, hoping to be back before his lover woke up.
