I'm sure you all are at least slightly confused, hopefully, but I'm here just to explain a couple things.
I left the last chapter on a slight cliff hanger, just right at the beginning of the Hashira training arc, then to the final battle, except, some things might be a little different.

Changes that occur during the Hashira Training Arc because of this are:
- There is no collaboration with Lady Tamayo to create the poison that weakens Muzan
- Kanao doesn't get any extra training
- Although both Kanao and Mitsuri are slightly stronger, they feel determined to avenge their loved one
- Kanao was aware of Shinobu's plan, and now is taking it upon herself to avenge Kanae
- Those who are injured are more likely to die, seeing that most medical knowledge comes from Kocho.
- Inosuke will be in grief after the loss of his "Mom"
