To say things felt tense at the interviews was an understatement. I hadn't had the chance to speak to Joost at all and didn't even know if I wanted to. Last night I was driven by an old traumatic experience that led me to maybe say something that I shouldn't but that didn't change the fact of how I was feeling.

My eyes were so swollen which was the reason why I had worn sunglasses all day. I even had to wake up bright early to be on a morning show in The Netherlands where I also had to speak about Joost Klein. I kept it very minimal of what I said not wanting myself to have a reaction or bring any memories back from the previous night.

Deep inside I knew Joost wasn't the man who used me but it felt too similar in that situation for my brain to tell the difference between them.

When I got back to the hotel I had a quick change before I had to leave to do some more promotion for myself which I had set up from home. I was determined to make the most out of my days while I spent it in The Netherlands since it was one of the countries in which my song had been the most popular.

After a few hours I rushed to the venue where the pre party interviews would take place. I was placed in a corner whereas Joost Klein was placed in the other side of the room. I could barely see him from where I was standing and I was definitely avoiding his gaze.

The only thing I could think about during all the interviews was how badly I wanted to sleep. I had gotten maybe 2 hours of sleep or even less and after all the running around I was barely working.

"For my last question I wanted to ask you about the rumours about you and Joost Klein?" The interviewer asked.

"What rumours?" I had learned that every time I would ask that question the interviewer would start getting nervous and didn't want to seem like they were overstepping the line which they were.

"Uhmm...you know the ones about you..and you know Joost Klein?" She hesitated which gave me no clear answer of what kind of rumours.

"Oh yeah it is true. Joost Klein and I have actually never met before. I'm excited to finally meet him for the first time tonight" I lied. If she didn't want to be specific then I didn't need to tell the truth. And honestly I was tired of her.

"That's not what I mean but okay....Thank you so much for your time and I wish you good luck tonight" She faked a smile and walked away.

I needed to get through one last interview and then I would be done. I was dreading it already. These interviews were seriously so boring but I needed to get my name out there.

A man with dirty blonde hair walked up to me. I politely greeted him while his team set up the camera work. "So we are here with the Danish representative, Callista Raven. How are you feeling?"

"I'm very tired and excited to hopefully get a nap before the show starts" I said.

"Why are you so tired?"

"I had a looooong night" I said but then realised it came out a bit wrong so added something. "You know with the preparations for today and mentally prepare for the pre-parties that are back to back"

"Now my question for you is if you had to be stranded on a deserted island, which contestant would you bring?" He asked with a smirk on his lip so I already knew who he wanted me to say.

I wasn't gonna give him the satisfaction of saying Joost Klein because it truly wasn't him.

"I would probably bring the whole Estonian team. They seem like people who can build a fire or get some help" I truthfully answered.

"I love that. They actually also said you" He smiled.

"Really? Why?" I laughed confusedly. I would be no good on a desert island.
