There we all laid as the airport kept on delaying our flight. Almost every single contestant had been to the Amsterdam party and had to go straight to Stockholm afterwards. However, it wasn't going to be much of a pre-party if all the contestants were stuck in Amsterdam.

Our flight was supposed to take off at 5am yet the clock had now hit 10am while we were still stuck at the airport. I was afraid to take a nap since I didn't want to miss the plane. Everyone was so tired and just ready to get a fat nap on that plane.

I was still dressed in my party outfit since my suitcase had been dropped by the venue's security because we didn't have time to get back after we went out for dinner. It was so fucking uncomfortable, everything from my boobs being on display to the tight long skirt around my hips

Multiple delegations were trying to get a private plane, but that didn't help the rest of us. I was on my own while many other countries had their delegations or managers with them. Joost was, however, also one the few people who were here alone so that comforted me a bit.

I hadn't really spoken to him ever since we got to the airport since there had been so much stress and Joost wasn't doing well with the whole delay situation. He kept on walking in circles in front of the board with all the planes leaving. He looked like the typical airport dad with his hands resting on his sides.

I watched him from afar but after almost one hour of him doing that I knew I should do something about it. The man was walking at a fast pace, so I had to follow him a few times before I managed to stop him. He was wearing his usual string headphones when he noticed me.

"We need to do something. This is getting out of hand" I pointed down at the man who hadn't stopped walking for the past hour.

"I think you're probably right about that...what should we do?" He asked.

"Wanna do a bit of marketing so we can tell our delegations that we actually used this time wisely?" I suggested.

"You read my mind so well Callista" Joost smiled in excitement and pulled out his phone. "I already have an idea" He smiled down at his phone.

"Tell me about it....stud" I winked at him.

"You're the one that I want, hu hu hu, honey!" He sang while scrolling though a few sounds on tik tok.

"Alright we need everybody in on this or definitely as many contestants as possible" Joost looked up and walked towards where we all had thrown our stuff.

This part of the airport was surprisingly empty, considering it was Amsterdam airport, so it was just the Eurovision artists and their delegations that were going on the plane.

Joost walked towards the other artists. "I know we are all bored but if you guys are up for it then maybe we should all film a tik tok?" He asked and people immediately were up for it. "Great I need every artist to pick up their luggage and basically line up at the back" He instructed.

He was surprisingly good at making people all fit into the video and then he told them how to act afterwards. "So, we are going to do a little tik tok to the intro of 'Master of puppets' where all the artists will run as fast as they can, but it is filmed in slow motion, down the aisle of the airport. The sound will then switch to some very casual elevator music where we will film the stewardesses taking their sweet time to make us all late" He explained.

Everyone was laughing immediately at the brilliant idea. If there was one thing Joost was good at, it was marketing.

We all lined up and got ready to run. I stood next to Mihkel as we were both trying to hype ourselves up for it.
