Chapter 9: enemies to friends

A\N : decided that I should write a lizzy x Uzi chapter bc why not <3, also this takes place during chapter nine and meanwhile J is sleeping too so yasss. hope you enjoy!

UZI'S POV

(I watch V walk up the stairs with her plate in hand as I grumble something to myself and eat my dinner quietly, until Lizzy decides to annoy me and say "SOO did you and J fight during the hike?" I roll my eyes and reply with a growl "I said I don't want to talk about it" Lizzy being lizzy continues to pry into it and say "ooh so you did fight then?" I feel like I'm about to jump onto her and strangle her as I clench my fists and N sees me doing so and tries to intervene "guys let's not fight!" Lizzy seems to stop and she takes out her phone as she types on her phone "how to make sure that an angry emo teen doesn't attack you" she mumbles I growl "what's you problem? why do you want to annoy me so badly??" LIzzy grins and says "because It's funny to see you like that" Thad then interrupts and says "guys don't fight, also Uzi please don't attack Lizzy" which makes my oil boil "why do you think I'm gonna attack her??!" Thad then replies "well because you already attacked her multiple times before" Lizzy then mumbles "I wonder who she got that from" she then whispered something that made me feel pure anger "her dad" this was the last straw for me.

I stand up banging the table shouting "DON'T BRING MY DAD INTO THIS!" N looks at me with confused eyes, I roll my eyes and I storm into my room, slamming the door as hard as I can as I leap onto my bed and curl up in a ball angry tears forming in my eyes. "I hate Lizzy!!" I scream into my pillow.)

LIZZY'S POV.

(I watch Uzi Storm up to our room and I turn to Thad and N who seems to be giving me dirty looks, I look at them and ask "What?" Thad then replies "you took it too far, Liz. You know she doesn't like to talk about her dad!! and you decided to bring him up!" I roll my eyes and scoff as N then speaks "yeah, you also should stop annoying her" I murmur "you always take her side." Thad sighs and says "Lizzy, you have to go apologize. Or else I'm cutting off the internet" I have to admit that was a smart way to get me to apologize, but I hate that he uses that against me. I huff and I get up from my chair saying "Fine!" thad nods and I walk up the stairs as I open the door quietly and slowly peeking if Uzi is asleep, I see them curled up in a ball with open eyes, I sigh and I walk in. I see Uzi look at me with angry and teary eyes as they say "what do you want??" I sigh and I search my mind for words as I decide to apologize "I'm sorry" they growl at me saying "I doubt that you mean it" I mean she's not wrong. 

"look, I never meant to take it that far, I didn't want to cause a problem" I reply, Uzi glares at me and says "you knew how much I struggle with my dad, and you still chose to talk about him" I look down knowing she's right, she continues speaking "I'm already struggling to make everyone happy, and with you taunting me...It doesn't help." I then reply "I know what you mean when you say you struggle with making everyone happy" she looks at me and grumbles "but you're the popular girl, you're the one that everyone loves!" I sigh and say "you do know you have to go through a process to become that, right? and even I you do become famous, you struggle trying to keep up with the expectations." she looks at me and sits up normally as I continue "Uzi, I am sorry that I hurt you. and trust me I care about everyone in this cabin-- not J -- but you know what I mean." Uzi looks at me and replies "since when do you care about me?' I look away and I reply "long time ago" Uzi seems to shrug  what I said off and says "if you do care then stop annoying me and bothering me" I nod and I say "as long as you don't attack me" she nods and says "okay, well I guess I can forgive you" I nod and I walk out of the room and I sit on the couch, Thad and N look at me and N says "no shouting, that means you made up?" I nod silently as I go on my phone, finally became friends with a demonic force)
