Third Person POV
Scientists are currently weighing puppy to see if they weigh at least 10 ounces, we then see a poster above the weighing station "Incinerate any newborns weighing under 10 ounces". One of the scientists throwing one of the puppies into the incinerator, another one was weighing another puppy Dr. Siggi Wilzig was the one weighing the puppies. Seeing the one he weighed weighted less than 10 ounces, he moved the scale and forge the puppy's weight to just about 10 ounces giving its name, CX404.

A couple of months later, we see CX404 walking with one of the base's officers. The other dogs being injected with a chip, Dr. Wilzig comes up to the officer walking CX404
Dr. Wilzig: "May I?" He bends down to eye level with the young dog "so good" he then starts to pet the dog "come on" he then picks up the dog and thanks the officer as he take her to his office
As he's passing through the security checkpoint he sees a trolly being pushed with a body being covered by a white sheet, he then sees the hand of the body being green and enlarged. He turns his head to see the other dogs being trained commands and wearing a radio on their necks. After being cleared to pass, he goes to his office and puts CX404 on the treadmill.
Dr. Wilzig: "Yes, okay" he says while patting the front of the treadmill, CX404 doesn't seem to be interested until he pulls out a teddy bear "Hey, look at this" he places it on the front of the treadmill as CX404 starts to run.
CX404 now a grown dog is running in the treadmill, after finishing her training Dr. Wilzig tries to teach CX404 some commands
Dr. Wilzig: "Sit" the dog whimpers "Sit" CX404 still not responding to his commands "Sit" finally CX404 sits down "good girl" he then gives the dog her teddy bear and starts to pet her.
We see Dr. Wilzig move up his broad and his desk to show a hole on the wall, commanding CX404 to lay there
Dr. Wilzig: "is that a good enough place for you" he smiles at the dog
