Ch 5

(AJ's Pov)

Watching Minho and the others leave after Euna and Dongyul's friends are arrested I slowly turn to my parents who are looking at me with raised eyebrows. "AJ what exactly happened? Why were those kids attacking our house because I know it's not just random behavior because that girl kept glaring at you with pure hatred." I grimace slightly before admitting softly. "They're some bullies I deal with at school. They don't like me and think I'm weird for not presenting yet. The girl is named Euna and she's mad because I got assigned as Minho's assignment partner because she likes him despite him not being her mate. So she attacked the house and had her brother's friends try to break in." My parents look at me in horror and disbelief my dad immediately hugging me. "Oh sweetie why didn't you ever tell us that you were having so much problems at this school?" I admit a little softly. "I didn't want to disappoint you guys. Appa loves it here so much and you both have amazing careers and friends I didn't want to say that I hated it here because I know you'd just up and leave despite your happiness." My parents expressions both soften and my appa says softly. "Bud if you were completely miserable we wouldn't have minded going back to America. How long has this been going on?" I lower my head and say softly. "Since I was thirteen." They look at me sadly and in disbelief. "We're going to the principal first thing tomorrow morning to discuss this issue." I immediately cringe when I realize the principal will tell them what happened. "You don't have to worry about that Minho had a very serious discussion with him." They both raise an eyebrow at me. "AJ we need to have a word with the principal and it's obvious that you're hiding something now what is it?" I bite my lip before my shoulders slump in defeat at my parents stern expectant looks. "I was going to my next class when a bully and those two alphas from earlier were giving me a hard time but they kept accusing me of being loose with my intimate relationships despite the fact that I'm a virgin and haven't even presented yet." I take a shaky breath. "They then um they tried to take advantage of me but Minho caught them and knocked the two alpha's out while he beat the crap out of the alpha trying to touch me." Their eyes widen my dad's both going pale and I'm brought into another tight hug. "I don't think you should go back to that school." I immediately protest a little. "But I already have top marks and I have that assignment with Minho that I'm looking forward to!" They both give each other looks before looking down at me. "Who exactly is this Minho?" My cheeks unconsciously tint pink and I say simply. "He's my literature partner." They both give me amused looks. "Just a literature partner?" I frown looking at them in confusion. "Yes.... What else would he be?" My appa smirks at me. "A boyfriend perhaps?" I immediately feel my face turn red I spluttering in disbelief. "I haven't even presented yet! Why would I have a boyfriend?!" My dad chuckles softly. "Well you at least have a crush on him your whole face is like a fire truck." I give them both an unamused look. "I'm going to my room. Goodnight dad and appa." I quickly bypass them and head upstairs to my room where I climb into bed and stare up at the ceiling silently.
