Ch 13

Once it's the end of the day I head to my locker where I put away the things I don't need only to suddenly have my eyes covered I smelling Brett's scent instead of Minho's. "What do you want Brett?" He huffs but lets me go I turning to him. "How are you feeling?" I give him a reassuring smile. "I'm fine I feel a lot better." He nods looking a little guilty. "I'm sorry you got drugged at my party. I didn't think anyone would go that far." I give him a little pat on the back. "It's fine Brett at least Minho and I finally got together." He nods still looking a bit guilty. "Well still I should've looked after you better." I roll my eyes only to smell Minho coming I immediately perking up and turn around to greet him happily. "Hi love!" He gives me a little smile before looking at Brett a little warily I rolling my eyes. "Minho we're just friends. Basically brothers." Brett nods in agreement. "Yeah in fact I already met my mate at the party." I look at him in surprise. "Wait really?" He nods smiling. "Yeah an omega named Taejon. He unfortunately doesn't go to our school he just came with a friend." I blink before smiling. "Well congratulations." He smiles thanking me before wishing us goodbye and I turn back to Minho. "So you mentioned a date tonight." He nods smiling. "Yeah I'll pick you up around six." I smile and nod. "I better head home then." He offers to walk me but I shake my head. "It's fine I can make it home myself. I'll see you later." I lean up pecking his lips before I pull away and leave the school heading home where I immediately change out of my uniform into some jeans and a simple blue sweater before I concentrate on homework for a few hours. Soon I hear the doorbell ring I quickly getting to my feet and rush downstairs after brushing my hair and adjusting my glasses. I just make it off the stairs when I see my appa talking seriously with Minho I clearing my throat a little and my appa pauses looking at me. "I was just telling him your curfew is nine." I nod and he leaves I immediately heading over to Minho shyly. "Sorry if he threatened you or anything." He gives me a reassuring smile. "It's fine jagi he's your father of course he's going to be protective." I quickly change the subject. "So what are we doing?" He just smiles and leads me outside. "It's a surprise." I pout but follow him we taking a bus and then start walking until we reach the woods I looking curious as he carefully leads me through the woods. We walk hand in hand until we reach a large clearing with different flowers and everything. I gape in amazement as I'm lead over to a log that's laid across the ground we taking a seat on it. "Wow it's so pretty." I look at Minho who's smiling. "Yeah I like to come here and think about things." I smile a little at that. "Well I'm honored you brought me somewhere that's special to you." He looks at me and says softly. "Of course because you're special to me as well." I blush bright red looking a little embarrassed. He then gently cups my cheek and leans forward kissing me softly I making a soft noise but kiss back happily. The kiss stays soft and sweet until we slowly pull away I feeling a little dazed and content. He then checks the time and sighs. "I better get you home." I pout but nod and we get up heading out of the woods and back to the bus stop where we go back to my house I giving Minho a hug and a quick kiss before wishing him goodbye and head into the house I rushing upstairs and change before I fall back onto my bed sighing happily feeling happy and content with life for once.
