Now that Asher's (somewhat) obtained what he's wanted, he thought things would be much easier. Much simpler. Him and Saiki have made clear their close connection, and are currently unofficially dating. Asher gets to hold Saiki's hand and cuddle him and kiss him ever so often when warranted. Right now, he felt content with what they had.

Well. For the most part.

The morning after claiming the title to their status, Saiki had stressed the point of keeping their intimacy to themselves. He was in the process of figuring things out, and he didn't need others badgering either of them about their personal issues. He hardly had any tolerance for them as it was. Asher was as understanding as he could be, and kept silent about them.

In turn, there was little to nothing Asher could do as he sat in the desk beside Saiki, watching as Aiura spoke to the pinkette with clear intentions behind her words. Asher remembered his lover (?) mention a ring in passing, one that blocks the thoughts of those around him. And, of course, he chose to wear the ring today of all days. So, as Saiki's back was turned to Asher and his head looked up to Aiura, only one of the two could see the frown wavering on his face.

Truthfully, he had grown used to the girl. Her flirty, confident aura paired well with his own, and they bickering bounced off of one another well. Aside from Saiki, her and Aren were his two closest friends in Japan.

Despite this, they still had their... differences. Aiura had told him she eventually came to the conclusion that Saiki was her fated pair. Her other half. Her 'mister right.' A load of bullshit, if you asked him. He couldn't give her the response he wanted to. 'Oh, well that's a damn shame. Seems your powers are a bit rusty; Saiki's already got his other half. Rotten luck.'

Instead, he said, 'Oh, is that right? As if he'd date a swanky girl like you. Teruhashi has better chances,' which ensued a few hits and an argument he wasn't sure were genuine or not.

Asher had rolled his eyes one too many times as his and Aiura's met once again, a confused yet amused expression planted on her face before returning to her conversation. God, her and her ability to see auras was really working against him right now. Pissing him off..

"Saiki," Asher grabbed the pinkette's attention, being deprived of it for too long. "I wanna go get something to eat, come with me."

"Actually—"

"—We just planned on heading out," Aiura grabbed Saiki by the arm, his pale skin squished between her own arm and the softness of her chest. Asher frowned. "We've got stuff we need to discuss. Psychic things..." Right, she was one of the few people who knew he knew about Saiki's superhuman abilities.

The brunette hummed, crossing his arms over the wood of his desk and laying the side of his head into his arms. "Whatever."

"Don't do that," Saiki huffed, and the brunette's eyes spoke 'What ever do you mean..?' He rolled his purple eyes in response. "Stay. Here."
