Gracie Potter is a mirror image of her mother but with her father's eyes. She is the twin sister of Harry Potter. Gracie is 17 Loves Quidditch like her brother and plays seeker. She is in Hufflepuff house and unlike her brother she remembers everything about that fateful night. The night her parents died.
Gracie and Harry, like the rest of Hogwarts, are in the middle of the second wizarding war. Gracie is fighting against Bellatrix Lestrange alongside her friends, Ginny, Luna, and Hermione. The girls were powerful, but Bellatrix is equally as powerful. Gracie was battling her hardest but was distracted by the Death Eaters behind them slowly coming closer
"Look out!" she cried to the girls. They ducked the stunning spells just missing them by millimeters. This gave Bellatrix the advantage but before the cry had issued from her lips the cold dangerous voice of Voldemort filled the hall.
"Harry Potter is dead. Come out without a fight and you may be spared." he finished with a laugh. The whole hall froze even the Death Eaters stood there, stunned. Gracie Potter was the first to break the frozen and silent hall "B..But that can't be true" she said refusing to believe her brother was dead. She turned towards her friends just as the rest of Hogwarts death eaters and Hogwarts fighters all scrambled towards the doors of the hall stunning death eaters to investigate Harry's death for themselves. The fighters were all crowded outside watching intently as the death eaters all went to join Voldemort's side. Then they saw Hagrid, his eyes red and swollen tears still flowing down his face and all eyes on the black-haired boy lying unnaturally still in his arms. Gracie's eyes were glued to the lifeless body of her brother in Hagrid's arms. She only just noticed someone wrapping their arms around her. It was Luna. Gracie turned towards Luna crying on her shoulder. She only looked up when Voldemort spoke to everyone.
"As you can see Harry Potter is dead, he was killed while he ran away trying to save himself". Gracie just rolled her eyes knowing full well that Harry sacrificed himself because that is just the kind of person he is. Hagrid gently Placed Harry on the grass. After seeing this Gracie felt all the pain of losing her brother consume her. Voldemort's cruel laugh still echoed through her mind. She turns toward her friends and says tears streaming down her face
"I am done with this war. I have lost everything my parents and my brother they are never coming back" Gracie yells then sprint off to the common room leaving Ron, Ginny, Hermione, and Luna staring at her retreating figure.
