Chapter 02

"Hi, my name is Jeon Wonkyung. Let's be friends." Wonkyung flashed a bright smile to her new classmates before she bowed, she does received a warm welcome from some of them.

'I just need to make sure I sit close to my mom.' She thought as her eyes scanned the whole class, looking for her mom.

"Alright Wonkyung, you can have a seat beside Jihoon." Said Mrs. Kim.

When a guy raised his hand, Wonkyung knew he's Jihoon. Noticing that her seat are right behind her mom's, she tried so hard to hide her satisfactory smile.

Mrs. Kim left the class, everyone started talking with their friends and some are even taking glances at her which made her feel uncomfortable.

"Hi, I'm Kwon Soonyoung, Eunjung's future husband- AWWW!!" Soonyoung hissed and winced in pain when Eunjung whacked his head with her pencil case while Wonkyung blinked her eyes, not believing her mom would actually do that.

"Yah! Stop saying that!" She berated.

Soonyoung rolled his eyes while murmuring something only he could hear.

"By the way, I'm Choi Eunjung. And no, I'm not his future wife." Eunjung gave her a sheepish smile.

"Hi, Eunjung."

"Jihoon ah, you should talk to your seat mate." She complained.

"Hi Wonkyung, I'm Lee Jihoon and I hate these two." He said, pointing his finger to both Soonyoung and Eunjung.

"Why?" Wonkyung frowned.

"Don't you see? They're loud and annoying." Jihoon shook his head before a sigh escaped his lips.

"Come on, Jihoon. I know you enjoyed being with us!" Whimpered Eunjung. And again, Jihoon sighed before he turned his head away.

"Don't mind him, he's actually very friendly and kind. He also gives you whatever you want if you ask politely." Eunjung whispered while side eyeing him.

'Ahh, Jihoon. One of mom's closest friends.'

"Wonkyung, I really like your name. It suits you very well. Your mom really does gave you the best name." Eunjung complimented before smiling.

"You really like it?" Wonkyung furrowed her eyebrows as she asked.

"Yes!"

"I used to hate it. But since you like it, well I like it too." Wonkyung never liked her name, but hearing that coming from her mom, now she does likes her name. Wonkyung always thought about how her mom just ran out of ideas to give her a name and just randomly named her as Wonkyung.

"Hey, we should hangout after school." She offered.

"I'm coming along!" Soonyoung shouted in excitement.

"No, Soonyoung. It's just gonna be me and my new friend here." Eunjung gave him a poker face, but the sulky Soonyoung isn't intimidated by it at all.

"Get wrecked mate." Wonkyung mumbled before she giggled.

"Huh? What?" Three of them gave her a baffled look upon hearing something that they've never heard before, that sounded very weird to them.

"Nothing."

"I'm going to lead you the way to our cafeteria." Informed Eunjung.

"Oh! Oh! It's Wonwoo oppa!" Eunjung consecutively tapped Wonkyung's shoulder, showing how she is very excited to see this Wonwoo oppa guy but it was when Wonkyung turned around that her eyes widened.
