Vihaan and Aarchi along with the Ranawats and Rathore's (Maitri's mother's side) had surprised Aryaman and Maitri on their first anniversary and along with the celebration came many surprises from the rest. Amongst all the happy faces sat an angry, hurt and disappointed Aarchi who clung onto Vihaan.
"Aaruuu..." Nidhi sat beside Aarchi smiling widely.
"I'm not talking to you" Aarchi said moving closer to Vihaan.
"Hatt na be!" Aviraj pulled Vihaan out from the sofa so he could sit by Aarchi.
"Oh no no... He is going nowhere. He is going to stay beside me always because clearly my brothers can't" Aarchi stood up with Vihaan leaving Aviraj and Nidhi to sulk.
"Ayeee shaadi isne ki hai, I'm not at fault" Aryaman argued hearing plural words from Aarchi's mouth and instantly went on defense.
"Just because I'm the youngest one, both of you exclude me from everywhere. Rest of the times we've had this discussion, it was playful but this time I'm truly hurt by both of you and also your wives. I'm returning home with the first flight I get" Aarchi said looking at her brother with teary eyes.
"Aru yaar" Aryaman stopped her from leaving by holding her hand.
"I've complained every single time but both of you have always taken me for granted. Its enough now" She removed her hand from his and walked out of the house angrily.
Vihaan looked at everyone before running behind Aarchi. Aarchi stood outside the building staring at the garden ahead emotionless.
"Aari" Vihaan found her and softly called her name before taking her into a hug. Aarchi instantly melted down in his arms, crying uncontrollably.
"They don't even consider me as their part" She held on to his t-shirt, hiding her face in his neck.
"Har baar yehi karte hai. They never share anything with me" She said as more tears rolled down her eyes.
"Ssh ssh... Give them a chance to explain Aari. What if they have something important to say?" Vihaan said trying to calm down crying Aarchi.
"NO! No never. They have truly disappointed me this time. I tell them the smallest of things but in return this is what they give? They hid it from mum and dad but from me? Avi bhaiyu clearly knew how excited I was for his wedding and yet he didn't bother to even tell me something so important. You are their best friend but I'm their sister, it was my right to know. Our parents forgave them because both the bhaiyus share everything with them always..." Aarchi looked at Vihaan with blood-shot red eyes.
"Aaru bacha..." Aviraj placed his hand on Aarchi's head. She turned around to look at him and pushed his hand away.
"It was my mistake that I shared every detail of my life with both of you and expected to be kept in loop with your lives. It clearly was a huge fucking mistake on my end that I expected anything from either of you" Aarchi looked at both Aryaman and Aviraj who stood in front of her feeling guilty.
"Atleast both bhabhi and Nidhi di had an idea of me and Vihaan unlike what you did to me. You are getting married... sorry, are already married for months now and you didn't bother telling me at the very least. I feel like the dumbest person amongst us three. Every time you came home, you never let anyone know you were married. Heck you kept on your drama when you got to know about me and Vihaan. No one suspected that you were married even then. I'm teasing you saying Nidhi di is your girlfriend and you didn't even correct me" Aarchi hit Aviraj's chest as she complained to him.
"You are the biggest hypocrite I know of. You both left me at home for your studies, I didn't complain, you called me once a week, I didn't complain, you came home for a few weeks and spent most of it out with your friends, I didn't complain. I wanted to study in the same university as you but you both refused giving the vaguest explanation, I didn't say a word. You were always busy with something, I understood your problems, you always left me out of conversations, I didn't fucking complain because at least despite everything I thought we were still a team.
