Y/N POV

~~~~~~~~
"What a lovely family reunion this is!" Error laughs, his gaze flickering back and forth between Nightmare and Shattered. "Two brothers who have been fighting for- what, half a millennia?- come together and think they can solve things peacefully?" He gives Nightmare a grin. "You're lucky I got here when I did, buddy."
"What do you want, Error?" Shattered growls.
"You really should get a better army." Error doesn't answer the question. "I mean, seriously. Humans? You can do better than that, sunshine."
One of Shattered's tendrils snaps around Error's neck, and the glitchy skeleton freezes. "What do you want?" Shattered repeats. "I'm not in the mood for your games."
"So le-leave." Error mutters, his voice glitching more than normal. "No o-one wants you- You here anyway-way."
The tendril tightens. "I give you one chance to leave my brother and me in peace. If you are not gone in ten seconds, I will snap your neck."
Shattered lets go, and Error stands there, his sockets filling up with ERROR bars. He grits his teeth, and after about eight seconds, he straightens, the ERROR bars gone. He pulls a bunch of blue strings from his sockets, and several shoot out from his fingertips, wrapping around Shattered, Ink, and Swap. Nightmare pulls me closer to him, but a few strings wrap around my ankle and yank me up into the air, and I bite back a screech.
"Yeesh, calm down, squid." Error rolls his eye lights at Ink, who's snarling curses as he tries to cut the strings. Swap seems unaffected, and Shattered is trying to break free, but with his tendrils pinned, he can't do much. "Good grief, you guys are acting like it's the end of the world. At least Swap here has the braincells to keep quiet."
"What are you doing here, Error?" Nightmare pinches the bridge of his nose, looking as if he wants to slap Error and give him a thank-you card at the same time.
"I got bored." Error shrugs. "Got word that you're hiding here with your little band of anomalies, so I decided to stalk you. Then Shattered showed up, and after listening to you two bicker like an old married couple over some stupid human, I decided to step in.
"...Do not use that analogy again." Nightmare sighs.
Error just grins.
"Here's an idea." Nightmare looks at the glitchy skeleton. "Take Shattered, Ink, and Swap to your Anti-Void and give them a nice, slow, painful death for me, hm?"
Error snorts. "I don't work for you anymore, octopus. You can't tell me what to do."
"It'd help with your boredom, and it'd get him out of my hair. It'd help both of us."
"And yet I like seeing you suffer." Error grins more. "It's funny, watching you take your gang of misfits around to different AUs trying to hide from your goopy little brother."
"I will kill you for this." Shattered hisses.
"Mhm, mhm, sure you will. As soon as you figure out how to use your two braincells and get out of the strings."
Shattered snarls, his eye light glowing brightly. After a lot of wriggling, he finally gets a tendril free, and he cuts the rest of the strings. Once he's free, a tendril shoots for Error, though the glitchy skeleton must've already guessed his movements, because he teleports out of the way.
"Too slow, old man~" Error teases, teleporting through a portal and appearing behind him. A dark gold- almost black- apple-shaped soul appears in front of Shattered's chest, and blue strings wrap around it. One of Shattered's tendrils wraps around his own neck and starts strangling himself as Error laughs like a maniac.
