It's been a long time since I first saw her, and so much has happened since then. But every time I think I've moved on, there she is again—haunting my thoughts. I see her everywhere: her eyes, her voice, even her laugh. It's like she's taken over my mind and soul.

Today, I'm heading home early from the office. My cousin, who's been away in London for four years, is finally coming back. We used to be really close, and I always looked forward to our visits. His return is something I've been anticipating.

Despite my excitement to see him, I couldn't shake off the thoughts of her.

At dinner, everything was perfect. Chachi made all of his favorite dishes, and we chatted about old times. Afterward, I went to his room to catch up, but I noticed he was distracted by something on his phone.

Aaaa... Manas

jiii Manas  i said in duh tone telling him yes it's me

vaise apne bataya nhi kiski photo deeeekkh rhe the mahashay ( but you didn't tell whooosee photo were you looking at) i asked teasing him,

don't know why but i was in mood of teasing him as i was enjoying it

ki..ki...kisiki to nhi (n..n..no one) he said stuttering

"Really? You seem nervous," I said, raising an eyebrow.

He laughed nervously, "Yeah, sure. I'm sure."

hmm i believe you

ok sleep you must be tired after long flight

yeah

aur uss ladki ko bhi sone do jisko tum taad rhe ho (Let's let that girl you're staring at get some sleep too)

yah

i raised my brow smirking giving him a i caught you look

what? "i agreed on sleeping not on eyeing  her"

i nodded sarcastically  turning on my heels to go back

"good night" , he said giving a nervous smile

i nodded saying the same .

Back in my room, thoughts of her flooded my mind again. It's like she's right there with me, and it's driving me crazy. I keep thinking about her eyes—those deep, black orbs that burned into my memory. Where did she go? Why did she disappear so suddenly?
