A man walked down the street and towards his house and remembered something. "have to go through the dang alley." he said in his head as he turned into an alley and walked through it.
"Well, well, well. Here to get robbed again?" a voice said sarcastically as three men walked out of the shadows. "Here." The man said and opened his wallet and handed one of the men a roll of money. "You promise we will have no trouble?" he said and the man shook his head as he counted the money. "It's not all here." he said and snapped his fingers and the other two men shoved him against a wall. "You promised us a hundred." the man told him as he walked closer to the civilian.
"They brought our wage down! I can barely pay my rent!" he yelled and the man pulled out a combat knife and brought it to his neck. Then before he killed him the ground shook as an explosion rocked the city. Then a huge ship passed by and then another ship came and stopped at the alley. Then four figures jumped out of the ship as civilians tried to run away. The figures fired lasers at the civilians and killed them all. The civilian and the three thugs all hid behind a dumpster.
The civilian and the three thugs looked from their cover and looked at the figures. They wore purple, black and red armor. Their mouths looked like they were cut in half. The alien soldiers walked away in search of more victims. There was laser fire all over the city and the thugs and the civilian got out of the cover of the dumpster. "We have to call the UNSC and get help." the civilian said and they nodded and crept towards the edge of the alley. The civi looked out of his cover and looked at the two small aliens. They were small and they wore gas masks on their mouths and had a methane tank. One af the thugs pulled out a tire iron and ran out. He hit one of the aliens in the back of the head and he fell face first onto the ground. The other alien squealed and tried to run away from the thug. The thug threw the tire iron with great accuracy. He hit the alien in the head and he tumbled to the ground. The others left their cover and the cove walked over to the thug leader. "Truce?" he asked and held out his hand and the thug shook his hand. "Truce." he said back and they turned and ran towards city hall. The streets were covered with the bodies of civilians and the military police and normal police officers. One of the thugs grabbed a weapon of a dead military police officer. He loaded it and they moved on to the city hall. They approached the city hall and saw the group as figures. They were bird-like creatures with sharp teeth and held a shield that glowed. There was six of the ugly creatures. "Over here you dumb vultures!" one of the thugs yelled and ran in a random direction. The vulture-like creatures barked and started to chase the thug firing their plasma weapons at him. The three others took this opportunity to go inside city hall. They opened the large doors and walked inside the large hallway. Two of the small aliens guarded each side of the door and turned to look at the three men. They started to lift their plasma weapans and the man with the tire iron jumped forward. He hit one in the face as hard as he could and the creature went flying. The thug leader pulled out his combat knife and stabbed the other one in the neck. The creature flailed around and then fell onto the ground dead. They kept walking until they turned the corner. They saw the scene in front of him and their blood boiled. They vulture-like creatures were eating the bodies of the MP's and the other people that they had slain. One vulture who was eating a MP heard something from around the corner and turned and walked over to the corner. He tightened the gap of his plasma rille. Then he tured the corner and looked at the two people. Then the thug leader jumped out of his cover and stabbed him in the neck. The alien screeched and fell anto his back and the thug with the tire iron grabbed a plasma shield from its belt twiddled with it until he turned it on. When he tured i on the other vulture creatures started to fire. The cimlian grabbed the dead vulture creature's plasma rifle and fired at the creatures. The three other alien soldiers all hit the ground dead. The man turned off the energy shield and they walked past the dead people.
They kicked open the door and walked into the room. The mayor was in his seat dead leaning his head back in his seat. They walked farther into the room and saw six more dead MP's lying in the room. Then all of a sudden the thug with the tire iron was lifted off the ground and held there. Then a large alien materialized and turned on his plasma sword and stabbed the man in the chest. The thug leader stabbed the alien in the arm with the combat knife and then stabbed the alien in the chest. The alien just swatted him off and threw the dead thug onto the ground. He turned to the civilian who lifted his plasma rifle and kept firing at the alien. The alien collapsed onta the ground dead and the civi helped the thug leader up. Let's go press the button." he said and they walked ta the mayor's desk. They both went around the desk and looked at the glass covered button. The mayor tried to press the button because the glass case was removed. "The split lip must have gotten to him before he could press the button." The civi said and they looked at the large letters saying "UNSC emergency distress call, activate in case of raider or rebel attacks. "I think this is a little worse than rebels or raiders." the thug said sarcastically they nodded and they both slammed their fist's down on the button and the button beeped
A man sat in his seat at a communication station in space and saw a beeping on his module. He spun his seat over to the module and looked at it. "A distress call from Equalizer veridain lil." he said aloud and pressed on the planet that was displayed on his screen. He pressed the emergency cameras and opened the camera to the city hall. The camera showed about twenty MP's firing at something off camera and then they appeared. Ten bird-like creatures appeared in a phalanx formation coming closer to the enemy. They all opened lire and in half a minute all the MP's laid dead. Four of the vulture creatures and two littlealiens walked towards the door of city hall. Then two MP's burst through the door and were instantly gunned down. Then he saw a small shimmer in the air and the man switched to heat vision on the camera. Then a huge alien was walking inside and closed the dour behind him. Then he switched to the opposite side of the door. He watched as the MP's waited behind the door and ran out only to be killed. Then the two little aliens were stationed at the inside of the door. Then he switched ta the camera outside the mayor's office. Ten MP's were firing at the aliens and the formation was used again and they killed all the MP's. The four vultures started to eat the bodies while the invisible alien burst through the door and ran in. He switched the camera to the mayor's office and watched the scene. The mayor was fumbling with the casing for the UNSC distress signal and when he was about to press it the alien picked him up and stabbed him with his plasma sword. He dropped the man back in his seat and turned back on his camo. Then he
turned the time scale up to seven minutes before the button was pressed. He looked at the scene of the six vulture creatures guarding the outside talking in their own language. "Over here you dumb vultures!" a man yelled and ran into view and turned the corner. The aliens barked and ran alter him firing their weapons. "That's one fine man." he said in respect of the assumed dead man as three more people ran into view. One held a lire iron and the others were assumed to be weaponless. They jogged towards the door and opened it and walked in. He switched the camera and locked at the inside of the door. The small aliens guarded the door as the three people opened the door. They started to lift their weapons but one of the men hit one as hard as he could with the tire iron. The alien went flying and the man in a trench coat pulled out a combat knife and stabbed the other in the neck. They walked past the bodies and ran towards the mayor's office. The man switched the camera to the mayor's office door. The vulture creatures were in the middle of eating the dead MP's when one of them heard a sound. He walked off camera and heard the creature scream in pain. The other three creatures opened fire at something off camera. Then three plasma bolts flew and killed the three aliens. Three people ran towards the door and pushed it open. Then as they saw the mayor dead in the seat the man with the tire iron was lifted off the ground. Then the alien materialized and lit up his plasma sword and stabbed him. Then the aliens arm and then the chest. The alien swatted him away and turned to the man with the plasma rifle. The man fired at the alien until the alien had no face anymore. Then the two men walked over to the mayors desk and both pressed the button. The man in the seat turned on the radio for the closest UNSC ship to that sector. "Deathclaw, Nova Six and Jarhead we have a covenant presence on Equalizer veridain III!" He yelled into the radio and listened for the others to respond. "This is Deathclaw we hear you loud and clear we're moving in." A man's voice said and then another voice also said something. "Copy that were on the way." A female said and the last voice came on. "We read you let's go kill some alien asses!" The last on said and the man in the station smiled and turned off the radio. He hoped that they could win this fight.
