Halo: Planet of death

Chapter One: The Invasion

                      This one is really, really long I think about ten paragraphs and a little over three thousand words so enjoy about twenty minutes of straight reading. 👋 

    The soldiers ran down the halls grabbing weapons, rations and tools for the drop. They all got into a pod and prepared for the drop. Then each pod started to be shot into space in the hundreds. One soldier got ready and loaded his MA5B and put on his silver helmet as his pod flew through the dark. A soldier put on the ODST theme song but he didn't care. He looked through the glass and saw that the ground was coming closer to him. He braced himself as the pod started to catch fire. Then the pod crashed into the forest and he kicked open the door.

                          Five Grunts looked through the forest to find and kill the Hell Jumpers before they could do any damage. They approached a drop pod and prepared to open it. Then the door was kicked open and it crushed one of the grunts.

                      As he kicked it open he crushed a grunt and he ran out. He hit a grunt across the face with his gun and killed it. He turned and fired a burst into one of the aliens chests and light blue blood spilled onto the ground. He tucked and rolled as a grunt fired his plasma pistol. As he rolled he shot it in its methane tank and the grunt was exploded into blue blood, brain tissue a Pieces of metal all over the ground. The third fired its needler but missed completely. The Hell Jumper grabbed the grunts arm and twisted the gun out of his hand. He grabbed the needles and fired two shots into its chest. He kicked the grunt away before the needles exploded. Pink dust was caked onto the dead grunts armor and a chunk of its body missing. He turned to the last one and as soon as he looked at the Hell Jumpers red visor he ran. As he ran he was instantly shot in the back with the needles. He struggled to pull the needles out before they exploded but failed. He was sent flying as the needles exploded and destroyed half of him. The hell jumper was covered in blue blood and he tried to wipe it off. "Of course." He said before moving on farther into the forest.

As he walked closer he saw smoke and he ran to the area. He ran into a clearing and watched the scene. The last hell jumper was just killed as he showed up. He saw one of the elites and aimed at it. "Sayonara split lip." He said before unloading the whole needler magazine at the Elite. The elite looked at the ground and saw the needles in the dirt. "Ha." He said and pointed at him laughing heartily. The Hell jumper watched as the elite went flying when the needles exploded. Dark blue blood covered the ground were the elite once stood. The elite was In command of ten Jackals and half were already dead. The Jackals barked and turned on their plasma shields and charged their energy pistols. The hell jumper hid behind a tree as the plasma fire broke through the tree. The hell jumper leaped and threw a fragmentation grenade at their feet. All but one of the jackals turned their shields to block the explosion. Purple blood went everywhere as the Jackal was torn apart. The detonation caused the others shields to flare, flicker and then turn off. The jackals knew they were done for so they charged at the hell jumper.

The hell jumper fired his MA5B and fired a burst into the burst and he tumbled. He turned he attention to another and fired a accurate bullet into its head. He killed the third and fourth but couldn't get the last. The jackle pistol-whipped the Hell jumper on the top of the head. The hell jumper tumbled onto the ground and the jackle stood over him. He watched as the jackle over charged the plasma pistol and aimed for the face. Then there was a crack and the jackle fell over and the pistol discharged. The bolt slammed into the ground next to the hell jumper's head. The hell jumper looked at the dead jackle that laid on him. The jackle lost most of his head and the purple blood spilled all over the soldiers chest. "God damn it!" He yelled as he pushed the dead alien off him. "You might as well paint a rainbow on you armor because you sure as hell already look like it." Another hell jumper said as he looked at the others armor covered in blood. The soldier had silver armor as clean as a whistle. He held a M99 stanchion and a captured plasma rifle. "I actually go near the things." The blood covered hell jumper said as he stood up completely. "How you doing fang?" The man with the sniper said and shook his hand. "Good how about you marquis?" He asked him back and he nodded. "Yeah I'm good." He told him and reloaded his sniper. "Gets go." He said and fang grabbed his MA5B and walked off with him.
