"Good morning sir, how can I help you today?" greeted the nurse in light blue scrubs

Yeah.. ive have an appointment with Doctor Dracus...

Oh yes, Mr. Mason. His been expecting you. Just head on to his office for initial check up.

"Thank you..."

"Nurse! We need IVs!" called a doctor in white lab coat.

"On it!" A nurse affirms.

Families come in and out of the entrance, others exits with bandages and casts. Nurses assisting the elderly by pushing them on their wheel chairs.

Many sit on the waiting area to be called. Majority are caucasian and black americans.

It was a slightly a hectic day for the residents in the hospital...

Until now.

BOOM!!!

SHATTER!!!

Aaahhh!!!

The blast of strong winds and gales rush into the reception area. Many got knocked out of their seats. The nurses protected the people near them with their bodies.

The glass door entrance broke into large pieces into to floor, but fell short from reaching the potential patients in the waiting area.

"Please, this man needs a doctor!" shouted the man.

He was bald, tourist-looking man holding two individuals. A pale disheveled man and a girl in a pink costume.

The people were shaking, l confused, and disoriented from the sudden explosive arrival of the man. Some went into shock and was immediately escorted back into the building.

"Come on! He's been shot dam# it!!" the bald man shouted again.

"G-get a stretcher!!" shouted a doctor.

The resident and nurses got out of their stunned selves and took action.

The stretcher was brought, oxygen tanks, IV fluid, and a heart monitor. The nurses on the counter took the hospital phone and called authorities.

The staff transfered the man on the stretcher and was attended by trauma specialists.

Thud.

The girl the bald carried walked to the side, wobbled with shaky legs, and fell to her knees. She clung beside the waiting chair and shivering.

She was pale and breathing erratically.

"Hey, you okay dear?" a concerned nurse asked.

"Y-yeah..." her voice hoarse and shaky. "I-Im fa-fa-fa-fine ma'am."

"Can you stand up? Let's get you to a specialist honey."

The middle aged nurse placed her arms around her and assisted her. The girl didn't resist and accepted admission to the hospital.

"Check his vitals! Push him to the ER now!" an expert loudly ordered.

Near them was our hero. His eyes following Ellias as he was being rolled into the emergency room.

Our hero turned around and saw Eve clutching her abdomen and looking at him with a frown. Her hair was blown back and she lost her pink headband.

"S-sorry... He he" he smiled slight and eyes darting to the side.
