Days turned to weeks turned as the world returned to its relative normalcy from the destruction caused by the supposed "space and time monster". They rebuild slowly from the destabilized state they found themselves.

The GDA deployed agents world wide and cover up any form of evidence that could possibly lead to the truth. Disguised as a good will project, spear headed by the American government, the agents are able to enter restricted territory and erase anything that could be led back to them.

The pulverized mountains are restored, forests became seeded, islands replaced with artificial constructs, and reclaimed lands destroyed by the tides. They coordinated with imbedded GDA operatives to infiltrate national government bodies and execute well fare campaigns for the affected. All the while they conduct covert operations to secured key locations.

They also included communities who were caught in the cross fire and detained them. Subjecting the people in doses of amnesia inducing medical treatments and operations under the name of free healthcare. Erasing the memories of the citizens, especially a certain mother and daughter in a remote village that developed PTSD due an encounter with Nolan.

It was a chaotic and hectic working week for the GDA. Having experiencing near breach incidents and friction between perceptive groups of individuals. Supers from all over the world were more or less harder to deal with, tactics such as bribery, benefits, even women are utilized. However, others are not swayed easily and are monitored by the GDA. 

As for the Guardians of the Globe, Cecil used the same story of the monster and tasked them on patrolling key points in the country. Though it was simply a wild goose chase to nothing, but the director had the peoples tax money to literally put the guardians into a mini vacation slash patrol.

Saitama, on the other hand, was left to clean up the very wreckage he and Nolan caused. Teleporting from one place to another on the entire globe. Cecil made sure he kept hidden the amount of expenditure for every teleport he does, knowing well his view on life. 

"Sir, why do you insist not telling him the cost of every teleport he does? Its not like it would be detrimental. I think its rather silly so to speak to literally make it a rule." Donald chimed while they examine data from the monitors and coordinated personnel.

"Because, Donald. I'm afraid he would get heart attack and start insisting on walking."

Cecil raised a remote and a panel switched to graphs and numbers. It was a simply line graph for each encounter Saitama gets into each week. It was steadily rising and falling for each subsequent week that follows. But the trend that its at a constant high encounter rate. An average of 7.

"Uhmm... does this mean he was off hunting them?"

"I wish that were the case..." Cecil sighed. "But I highly doubt his that motivated. The only things that gets the cue ball hard are either food or discount sales from the supermarket, but that's not the point."

"I got the egg heads run some numbers and noticed a pattern. High encounter rate of monsters from God knows where. So its actually the opposite, these things are hunting him" he said while Cecil changes the screen to the next slide after some seconds of reading.

"A monster magnet then, sir?" Donald suggested.

"A d#mn effective one." he wore a grim expression. "The more his out in the open or staying in one place, the higher the probability of a Kaiju popping out. Ever since he joined the GDA, giant freaks kept appearing more frequently. We don't know if his cursed or simply has horrible luck, but better to spend millions than lose them."
