Omni-man gets swept away and eventually escaped the wall of water that captured him, but it was a tricky situation.

While inside, strong waves kept shoving and pushing him around. Also the currents that was created shuffled him like card.

Being underwater shook up his spacial awareness and it took him sometime to know where was up. Breathing wasn't an issue and he wasn't getting hurt.

The attack, if you call it that, was all to instantaneous for his super powered mind to quickly comprehend.

Now, he took calm heavy breaths and assessed his surroundings.

The weather was cooler than the states, sprawl of islands, and a distant volcano. Belching smoke and ash. Ridges and cliff face of black sandy shores contour the landmass near him.

As far as he could tell, he was washed up in Europe. But thats beside the other issue his facing. Taking his chance and respite, he went to the area where the volcano was and dove back into the water.

The landform shook and quacked, then the waters surrounding it began to retreat. The waters darken and boil from the rising magma within the Earth's crust.

----In the Ocean---

Meanwhile, a pod of orcas are on a hunt. A blue whale mother and her calf migrating down to south. Clicks and chirps are exchanged as they begin to flank the mother and daughter. Both the left and right flanks

Two of the Orcas stayed behind, waiting for the opportunity to cut between the two prey and separate the child from the parent. For now, they chase and distract.

Taking away the adult's attention and focus, the calf desperately sticks close to the mother as it gets pushed, rammed, and shoved. Taking bites out of the young whale bit by bit.

Harassing it to no end.

All was all accordingly to plan. Days without food made the hunters fixated and back out would mean facing possible starvation. Their efforts however, are paying off. The constant harassment resulted the mother blue whale to veer away from her offspring.

The calf was exhausted to follow effectively and was now at the mercy of the orcas.

Two of the Orcas begin to strike, but their senses stopped them to execute. A disturbance in the ocean reached their honed senses. Something big and dangerous rapidly approached them.

The feed back from their echolocation were coming back to frequent. Bouncing off an object too fast for it to be an animal they recognize.

The whale pair also detected it and began diving down deeper into the ocean. The orca pack were tired and had not eaten, diving back down to chase them still would only be a waste of their energy.

They redirected their efforts away from their prey into escaping, knowing well to steer away from the something that was travelling at great speeds.

Whish!

A powerful current, unlike the aquatics mammals went through, shuffled the pack and the whale pair out of their formation. The currents swirl and spun, creating vortexes that caught them in a spin cycle. Mercilessly treated like clothes in a washing machine.

Panicked echos and click are delivered carelessly all around. It felt like hours when it was only moments. Their sense whacked out of rhythm.

More time passed and the pack eventually regrouped and swam opposite the area of the death torrent that caught them. The whale pair was no where in sight and it didn't matter. They only needed to get away.
