Chenle hadn't lied to his parents this much before. He had skipped on church, telling his parents he had a tutor at school to see. They knew his grades weren't the best so it was a believable lie.. apart from the fact it was a sunday.
He hadn't slept well the night before, so excited to see jisung. He stayed up daydreaming about what the perfect date would be like, having a picnic and maybe even kissing.. The thought got him way too excited that he couldn't help but smile and kick his feet.
there's no denying it now that he had a crush on Park Jisung. The boy he was told to hate, the boy he was told was 'wrong and broken'. There wasn't anything wrong with him in chenles eyes though, he was perfect.
Jisung had asked him to meet him at a local cafe. He was already sat with a sweet iced tea, thankful the weather was warm. Chenle arrived not long after, showing off his teeth as soon as he saw the other boy. The two sat at the table, feet grazing against each other.
"oh i missed you ji.." Chenle longed for the boy, waiting every second to be with him again.
Jisung nodded. "i missed you too." He took a sip of his drink, pushing the other tea towards chenle. "i got one for you!" Chenles fingers brushed against the other boys hand, awkwardly chuckling softly.
"So what's the plan today lover boy?" Chenle teased, wrapping his lips around the straw of his drink. Jisung couldnt help but stare, trying hard to keep his mouth from drooling. loverboy?? was chenle trying to make him blush?
Yes. that's exactly what chenle was trying to do. He loved seeing the other boys face fall to a pretty shade of red. It made him feel confident, happy that jisung liked him back.
"well.. i need to get some supplies for school then maybe we can go to a photo booth? then grab lunch."
"sounds good." Chenles eyelashes fluttered so prettily at the other boy, sipping his drink as if he had no idea what he was doing.
The streets weren't too busy, considering it was a sunday. Jisung assumed most people stayed home but there was still as surprising amount of people roaming the streets. The two were still sipping on their drinks, almost finishing them as the continued shopping.
Jisung picked up some pens and erasers for school while chenle watched in awe, watching the other boy meticulously test out each pen to make sure they were up to standard. He found it so cute how much of a goody two shoes Jisung is, making his heart warm from every second he spent around him.
Chenle had suggested the specific photobooth. It was a little out of the way but he insisted the two went there. Jisung hadn't expected the other boy to know any fun spots, seeing chenle was never out and about with anyone.
"here we are!!" Chenle was so excited, pulling the other through the door and into a booth. Jisung pulled the curtain as Chenle loaded up the machine with money and selecting a frame.
"what poses are we-"
CLICK
Chenle giggled, tapping jisungs shoulder as he didn't have time to pose in the first photo. "come over here stupid!" He nudged jisung over to the other side of the frame, covering his mouth as they both giggled.
CLICK
Chenle was in complete control, moving jisung again and holding his hand tight. He looked right into the lead, seeing jisung look at him in the corner of his eye. The taller could feel his face getting hotter, staring at the other as he gripped his hand. His lips curled slightly, not focussing on the camera and letting his full attention go to chenle.
CLICK
Jisung didn't let go of chenles hand as they waited for the photos to print. He was speechless, he loved receiving affection especially from his crush.
"aawww jisungie it made ur hair darker" Chenle tucked a strand of jisungs hair behind his ear, touching his warm cheeks as he did so. "it suits you."
He handed the spare photostrip to his date, making sure they were both kept safe.

The two boys sat on a bench next to the river, watching as the dim sunlight sparkle on the waters surface. Jisung looked at the filmstrip, smiling as he looked at the tiny printed chenle.
"i love sunsets." Chenle spoke, making jisung look up to see the orange sun slowly setting.
As the cold came in, chenle shuffled towards ji, pressing his hand into jisungs thigh. It felt so right. It felt so nice, nothing could ruin their perfect moment.
Jisung could feel chenles warmth as he approached him, he had been waiting for this moment, a special moment that he could cherish and finally tell people about.
Jisung closed his eyes slowly as chenle leaned more into him, hands on his thighs, guiding chenles hands to his waist. Their faces slowly inching towards each other.
*RING RING*
jisungs felt a buzzing in his back pocket, wondering if the call was for him.
He couldn't stop thinking, nobody ever called him what could it be? He pulled away from chenle, panicking a little.
Jisung looked to his phone. It was jeno calling.
Jeno barely ever called him.
