Bethany Davids is a twenty - two year old girl from the Bay. She has always loved videography and video editing hoping to make a career out of it one day. Bethany started when she was twelve years old and has been editing ever since! She's tried looking for some smaller local jobs but nothing really felt right for her. Until, one day Bethany was browsing the web looking for any job openings she found a listing for the San Francisco 49ers. The listing was for a 'Head Video Editor'. This was perfect! Could Bethany's dreams finally be coming true? Bethany immediately applied for the job hoping to hear back soon.

About two weeks go by when Bethany got a call from an unfamiliar number. When she looked at the Caller ID she noticed that the address was Santa Clara, CA. When she realized it was local Bethany answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hi! Is this Bethany?", the voice on the other line said.
"Yes, this is. Can I help you?"
"Yes, you can! My name is Brad Clark and I am the Director of Video Operations for the San Francisco 49ers."
Oh. My. God.
"We got your application pulled up here at Levi's Stadium; very impressive! It says here that you taught yourself these skills… is that true?", Brad added on.
"U-um yes! Yes, that is true." Bethany stuttered out of nervousness.
"Wow… because I've been watching some of the videos you've sent me and some of our professionals haven't produced stuff like this. I mean, this is just amazing!"
"Thank you very much sir!"
"Now, I have a question for you."
"Ask away!"
"How would you like to come and be part of our team here at the 49ers?"
Shut up. Is this a joke?! Stop. This isn't funny guys.
"Oh my gosh! Yes. Yes, of course! I would love to be part of your guys' team!"
"Alrighty then, you're hired! Since I already have all of your information I will send over your schedule later tonight. Would you be ready to start working in exactly a week from now? Next Thursday?"
"Yes! That will work!"
"Sounds good Bethany! Well, I'll let you go; enjoy the rest of your day. Oh, and welcome to the team."
"Thank you so much Mr. Clark!"
"Please, call me Brad."
"Thank you, Brad."
"You are very welcome."
And with that Brad hung up the phone leaving Bethany in complete silence. She releases the breath she didn't even realize she was holding. After a solid two minutes of silence, Bethany lets out an excited squeal while jumping up and down. This was it.
Bethany's dreams were finally coming true.
