Andy drove in his truck with Jackson at his side looking through the rear window with a constant stare to make sure they weren't planning anything out of the ordinary. To their surprise, none of them even so much as said a word to each other during the ride as they followed Andy over to the town hall. During the ride over, Jackson would talk to Caden on the radio and inform him of things that they've observed from the four men driving the red convertible. As they drove on, Caden asked Andy to tell Marcus that he'd wish to speak to him alone and unarmed.

Few residents were outside and those who were, stopped to stare at the red convertible that drove behind Andy's truck. Their jaws dropped seeing four strangers loaded inside the car and armed with guns. By now the whole town was informed of the situation at Washington City and how it had fallen under control of evil. Now they were wondering if that evil was in the town with them. But the one thing that stood out from what seemed most foreign to them had to have been the man wearing the black sunglasses.

Both vehicles pulled into the driveway of the town hall and Andy and Jackson got out of the truck at the same time and approached the red convertible as it parked behind them and spoke to Marcus real quickly. As they stood only a foot away from the exterior of the car, Jackson looked down at man sitting in the passenger seat next to Marcus while Andy spoke to the leader. The passenger looked as though he hadn't slept in days with dark circles around his eyes and the appearance of drowsiness. Jackson looked over at the two other young men in the back; they too had similar looks at the man sitting next to Marcus. His eyes rolled along the line of seeing the others and then they gawked briefly at the black guns they carried with them. Two in the front; two of which were being held onto by Marcus' passenger, and two in the back that were being held with both barrels up.

"Alrighty then," Marcus said as he stepped out of the car and removed his holstered gun from his belt and kept it placed in the seat where he sat. "Who's the head leader of your town?"

"His name is Caden." Andy replied, "He's been anxious to meet outsiders." Andy did what he could to keep a steady facade. He knew what these men stood for after hearing a heart breaking testimony from last night. The other thing that recurred to him was the fact that the little boy from yesterday stated that he had to go as far as shoot and kill his attacker. Were these men the same group of people who sought after Michael Davis? Most likely.

"Do you want me to come with?" Jackson asked Andy.

"No," he nodded his head, "wait here." Jackson gave him a nod and stood standing next to the red convertible.

Both men headed into the town hall where their discussions would begin.

Caden and the rest of the Village Elders sat down in the open as they waited for Marcus to arrive alongside with Andy. The moment they heard the door come ajar they all looked up to see the town law standing next to a total stranger dressed in black. No one spoke a word as the two entered the main hall to discuss the issue of a missing resident.

"Caden, Leah, and Evan... meet Marcus." Andy informed them as he licked his lips and looked over at the visitor.

"Pleased to meet you." Caden said as he reached out while extending his right hand for a simple handshake; which was met with a kind greeting. "We welcome you to our modest town." The smile that came upon Caden's face was fake. Then again, it was the best he could provide during a chat with someone who might as well be working with Darth Vader. Marcus began greeting the rest of the Village Elders with a smile that was more real than Caden's.

All five young adults sat down in their seats and began the discussion right away.

"How can we help you?" Caden spoke first.
