(Sanctuary Treatment Center – Courtyard)
Piker and Morbius were sparring together in the courtyard while Colton is watching from the steps. Piker's fighting style is relying on his boxing skills as he thrusted his fist at Morbius who dodged the punch just inches away. Piker throws another punch, but Morbius blocks it with his right arm.
"Your boxing talent is truly gifted for fighting the enemies." Morbius said.
"You could say at least. I'm training this for my whole life!" Piker grunted as he raised his arm and struck at him only for the latter caught the wrist of his paw.
"You don't seem to be familiar with Haki, do you?" Morbius asked, pulling the hellhound towards and swung his leg to kick on the side of the abdomen.
Piker skidded sideways to a halt, held on to his body and coughed a bit. "Nope. I never done that. How can't I master it?"
"Which depends on this reality. Most supernatural beings are aware of that natural willpower, acting like otherworldly energy. It takes the most of time in training to awaken it. As for myself, I mastered all three types of Haki." Morbius said.
"You did? You have the Conqueror's Haki?" Piker asked. "That's a thing you pull it out to that Striker?"
"The very same but it is rare to witness it. Only one in million people will awaken the dominant power, only inheriting." Morbius answered. "And you gotta learn how to harness them once you're getting used to it."
"Okay. I think I can stick with you." Piker said.
"It just might take a long while. For the humans, they could take training for a whole year or two. As with demons and angels, they were quick and adaptable enough than a year." Morbius said.
"No way. Can the hellhounds do the same?" Piker asked with a flabbergasted expression.
"Sure, it can." Morbius grinned. "We continued on for tomorrow."
The phone was ringing so Morbius picked it up from his pocket. "Blitz? Hold on."
Morbius answered the phone.
"Yes?" Morbius asked.
"Hey, Moby! Gotta needs a hand!" Blitz told him.
"Okay, we'll be there." Morbius answered, turning his phone off.
"What's going on?" Colton asked.
"Blitz wants me for the killing mission." Morbius sighed.
"Is it okay I come with you?" Piker asked.
"You can if you want." Morbius nodded in response.
