Nicki: what you doing Wednesday night

Drake: nothing actually, why do you ask

Nicki: well my friends are count over for dinner and I was hoping you'd be up for coming to meet them all

She balanced the phone between her shoulder and ear as she took out her blazer from her closet and placed it on the bed, deciding whether she liked how it looked with the rest of her outfit.

Drake: I would love to come and meet them, anything I would need to know beforehand

Nicki: nothing out of the ordinary. They're all friendly people and I'm sure you'll all get along fine

Drake: I'll take your word for it. What's my dress code

Nicki: we tend to go for formal casual, the other guys normally wear like dress pants and shirts that type of thing

Drake: okay, want me to wear a specific colour

Nicki: well I was gonna wear a black dress and white shoes

Drake: okay I'll stick to that theme

Nicki was adding the finishing touches to her outfit when she heard the doorbell ring. She guess it was drake because she had asked him to arrived a little bit earlier than everyone else. She opened the door and found him stood there in some white skinny fit suit trousers and a black shirt fitted shirt with white dress shoes. He also held a bouquet of white roses in his left hand while his right hand rested in his pocket.

Drake: hello my beautiful

Nicki: he handsome, come in

She stepped aside, allowing him to make his way into the house. He handed her the roses and she thanked him before bringing him in for. A loss of which he accepted. They pulled away and she giggled as his arms wrapped around her waist and kiss down her neck.

Drake: how are you today

Nicki: I'm good thanks baby, and yourself

Drake: I can't complain

They shared another quick peck before she led him into the kitchen where she put the roses in a vase and got out two wine glasses before pouring them a glass each.

Drake: good choice

Nicki: you like it ?

Drake: it's one of my favourites

He smiled at her and she smiled back and blushed slightly.

Drake: did I tell you that you look beautiful tonight

She blushed again and took a sip from her wine.

Nicki: thank you. You look very sexy yourself

Drake: I do try

They both chuckled.

Drake: so what am I in for tonight

Nicki: just a generally fun group of people. Just relax babe

She put her hand on his cheek and gave him a soft peck.

Nicki: they're gonna love you

Drake: I hope so

Nicki stood in the kitchen after dinner and just enjoying a general conversation with the girls.

Thembi: he's such a humble guy Nic, where did you find this one

Nicki: it's a long story and I'm telling you now I'm glad I saw that side of him
