As Jungkook and Dyan embraced, a group of children ran toward them, curious about the new face in their midst. One of the boys asked, "Kon hai ye, Dyan?"

Dyan beamed with pride, "Mera papa!"

The children gawked in amazement. "Wow, tera papa handsome hai!" one of the girls said, giggling. The other children nodded in agreement, their admiration evident.

Jungkook, not understanding Hindi, smiled awkwardly and looked at Dyan for clarification. "What are they saying, buddy?"

Dyan giggled, "They say you're handsome, Appa."

Jungkook chuckled, feeling a mix of pride and amusement. He ruffled Dyan's hair affectionately. "Well, thank you. Dyan, I need to go now, but remember our promise, okay?"

Dyan nodded solemnly. "I remember, Appa. I won't tell Mumma."

Jungkook smiled and kissed Dyan's forehead. "Good boy. Here, I brought you some chocolates. Make sure to share them with your friends, okay?"

Dyan's eyes lit up as he took the chocolates. "Thank you, Appa! I will share."

The children gasped in excitement at the sight of the chocolates. "Wow, Dyan, your papa is the best!"

Jungkook stood up, giving Dyan one last affectionate look. "Take care, my little prince. I'll see you soon."

Dyan waved enthusiastically as Jungkook walked away. "Bye, Appa!"

Jungkook turned around and waved back, feeling a lump in his throat. He made his way out of the school gates, glancing back one last time to see Dyan sharing the chocolates with his friends, their laughter echoing through the courtyard.

Yn paced around her office, her thoughts consumed by the unexpected appearance of Jungkook that morning. She couldn't shake the image of him sitting outside her door, looking disheveled and desperate. Her mind raced with conflicting emotions—anger, confusion, and a sliver of something she didn't want to acknowledge.

"Ahhh..." she sighed, rubbing her temples.

A knock at the door pulled her out of her reverie. "Yes, come in," she said, her voice steadying.

Her secretary stepped in, a respectful distance maintained. "Miss Lee, Mr. Jeon is here to meet with you."

Yn's heart skipped a beat. She glanced at her secretary, her expression unreadable. After a brief pause, she nodded. "Okay, tell him to come in."

Her secretary nodded and left the room. Yn took a deep breath, trying to compose herself. She moved to her desk and sat down, her fingers drumming lightly on the polished wood surface. She needed to stay strong, to not let him see how much his presence affected her.

The door opened, and Jungkook stepped in, looking uncertain yet determined. His eyes met Yn's, and for a moment, the air between them seemed to crackle with unspoken words and unresolved feelings.

"Miss Lee," he said formally, inclining his head slightly.

"Mr. Jeon," she responded, her tone equally formal. "Please, have a seat."

Jungkook sat down across from her, his eyes never leaving her face. Yn straightened her posture, folding her hands neatly on the desk .

"Mr. Jeon, what brings you here?"

Jungkook took a deep breath  "Yn, I know I have no right to ask for your time, but I need to explain myself. I need you to understand why I did what I did."

Yn's eyes flashed with anger and hurt. "Explain? After all these years, you think you can just walk in and explain everything away? You left, Jungkook. You abandoned me when I needed you the most."

Jungkook winced at her words, but he didn't back down. "I know I did, and I regret it every single day. But I didn't know, Yn. I didn't know about Dyan.

Yn sighed, her expression hardening as she tried to shift the focus of their meeting. "Can we talk about business, Mr. Jeon?" she asked, her voice professional and detached.

Jungkook looked at her, a mixture of resignation and determination in his eyes. He nodded. "Of course, Miss Lee."

He pulled out a file from his briefcase and placed it on her desk. "This is our proposal for the collaboration between Jeon Corporation and Dyan Corporation. We've outlined the potential benefits, market strategies, and financial projections."

Yn took the file, opening it and glancing over the contents. "Our main concern is the market's current volatility. We need a solid plan to ensure stability and growth."

Jungkook leaned forward, pointing to a specific section in the file. "We've included a detailed risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Our team believes that with combined resources and expertise, we can navigate through the market's challenges effectively."

Yn nodded, her eyes scanning the pages. "The projections look promising. However, we need to ensure that our brand's integrity and values are maintained throughout this partnership."

Jungkook smiled slightly, appreciating her thoroughness. "Absolutely, Yn. Our goal is to enhance both our companies' strengths while respecting each other's core values."

There was a moment of silence as Yn continued to read through the proposal. Jungkook watched her, his mind drifting back to the past. The way her hair fell softly over her face, the determined set of her jaw—it all brought back memories he had tried to bury.

"Yn," he said softly, his voice breaking the silence. She looked up, her eyes meeting his. "I want you to know that this collaboration means a lot to me. Not just for the business, but because it gives me a chance to make things right. To prove to you that I can be trusted again."

Yn's expression softened for a moment, but she quickly regained her composure. "This is a business meeting, Mr. Jeon. Let's keep it that way."

Jungkook nodded, though a hint of sadness lingered in his eyes. "Understood. Let's focus on the plan."

They continued discussing the details of the collaboration, their conversation becoming increasingly technical and strategic. Yet, the undercurrent of unresolved emotions between them was palpable.

As the meeting drew to a close, Jungkook reached across the desk, his hand brushing against Yn's. "I know you don't want to hear this, but I'm not going to give up. I want to be there for you and Dyan, if you'll let me."

Yn's heart skipped a beat at his touch, memories flooding back. She quickly pulled her hand away, standing up. "This meeting is over. We'll review the proposal and get back to you."

Jungkook stood as well, a determined look on his face. "Thank you for your time, Yn. I hope we can work together—both professionally and personally."

Yn watched as he left the room, her emotions in turmoil. She sat back down, staring at the file in front of her, knowing that the lines between business and personal.
