Jungkook pushed Eunwoo away with a burst of frustration, his voice rising in a shout. "Leave!" he yelled, his anger and guilt bubbling over. The tension was palpable, a raw and volatile mix of emotions hanging in the air.
Jungkook's bodyguards, sensing the escalating conflict, quickly moved in. They grabbed Jungkook by the arms and began to steer him towards their car, trying to defuse the situation before it could spiral further out of control.
"Get off me!" Jungkook snarled, though he didn't resist their efforts. His face was flushed with anger and shame, his eyes darting between Eunwoo and Mr. Lee, who stood rooted to the spot, glaring at the retreating figure.
Eunwoo's fists were still clenched, his breathing heavy. He watched as Jungkook was practically dragged away, his mind racing with the shock of the confrontation. Mr. Lee's face was a mask of fury, his eyes burning with the betrayal he felt on behalf of his daughter.
As the car door slammed shut and the vehicle sped away, Eunwoo and Mr. Lee remained standing, their eyes fixed on the disappearing taillights. The tension in the air slowly began to dissipate, leaving a heavy silence in its wake.
Eunwoo turned to Mr. Lee, his voice strained. "Uncle, I had no idea."
Mr. Lee nodded, his expression softening slightly. "I know, Eunwoo. I know you wouldn't have kept something like that from us if you knew."
Eunwoo shook his head, trying to make sense of the whirlwind of emotions. "I just... I can't believe it. Jungkook... he never mentioned anything."
Mr. Lee sighed deeply, his anger giving way to a deep sadness. "People make mistakes, Eunwoo. Sometimes terrible ones. But the pain he caused... it's hard to forgive."
Eunwoo looked down, the weight of the encounter settling heavily on his shoulders.
.......................Y/N, Mr. Lee, and Eunwoo were in the midst of celebrating Dyan's birthday, the warm light of the candles casting a cozy glow over the small cake they were about to cut. Dyan's face was lit up with excitement, his earlier disappointment forgotten in the joy of the moment.
Just as they were about to sing the birthday song, a loud knock echoed through the house. Mr. Lee frowned and walked towards the door, his steps cautious. He opened it to reveal a man he didn't recognize standing there.
"Who are you? How can I help you?" Mr. Lee asked, his voice polite but wary.
The man, Jen, smirked, an unsettling glint in his eyes. "Y/N? Can I meet her?"
Mr. Lee's unease deepened, but he nodded, stepping aside to let the stranger in. Jen walked into the hall with an air of arrogance, his gaze sweeping the room before settling on Y/N.
"Jen?" Y/N said, her voice a mix of shock and anger.
Jen's eyes roved over Y/N shamelessly, and a sneer twisted his lips. "In that boyish look, you have a pretty body, huh?" he said, his words dripping with lewd insinuation.
Mr. Lee's face turned red with anger, his fists clenching. "How dare you—" he began, moving to punch Jen.
But before he could strike, Jen pulled out a gun, aiming it directly at Mr. Lee. The room fell into a tense silence, the air thick with fear and shock. Eunwoo's eyes widened, and Y/N gasped, instinctively pulling Dyan closer to her, shielding him with her body.
"Easy there," Jen said, his voice cold and menacing. "We wouldn't want anyone to get hurt, now would we?"
Mr. Lee froze, his hands raised in a gesture of surrender, his eyes never leaving the gun. "What do you want?" he asked, his voice steady but filled with a quiet fury.
