"I love you, Nikolai Gogol."

"Happy?" He muttered, a small smile crossing his features as he gently ruffling Nikolai's hair. "And you're the idiot." He added on with a small tease, gently pinching Nikolai's cheek again. Nikolai's cheeks flushed further as he heard Fyodor say those words, his heart fluttering inside his chest once again. Even though they were just three simple words, it was already enough to make him feel all giddy inside. He gently swatted the other boy's hand away as he pinched his cheek yet again, a small smirk crossing his features. "Good. I love you too, Fedya.." He muttered softly in a somewhat teasing tone, gently pulling Fyodor into a tight embrace. "And you said, and I quote, "it would be a bit silly", "Us dating and me only just having moved in here?".. Guess we're silly then, hm?" The russian teased, stroking Nikolai's hair. Nikolai groaned slightly at Fyodor's words, hiding his face in the boy's shoulder. "You still remember that? I thought you forgot.." He muttered as he felt the Russian gently stroke his hair, his cheeks flushing once again. He honestly had no clue that the boy had even remembered that. The white haired boy gently hit Fyodor's shoulder. "You're insufferable, Fedya.." Fyodor chuckled softly at Nikolai's groaned, a fond smile making its way onto his features as he continued stroking Nikolai's hair. "Of course I do. You were acting so adorable when you said that, it was hard to forget." He teased softly, wrapping his arms around the other boy as he gently pulled the boy closer, a small laugh escaping his lips. "You know you love it, Kolya." The Russian whispered, gently planting a light kiss on Nikolai's forehead. Nikolai's cheeks flushed deeper as Fyodor continued to tease him, his body instinctively melting into the Russian boy's embrace as he wrapped his arms around him. A small shiver ran down his spine as he felt him plant a light kiss on his forehead, a fond smile making its way onto his features. "Oh, shut up.." He murmured softly, gently burying his face in Fyodor's shoulder again, hiding his flushed cheeks from the Russians view, and gently kissing his shoulder.

"You realize you're just kissing my T-shirt , correct?" The raven haired boy teased, kissing the Ukrainian boy's forehead. Nikolai moved his hand up and flicked Fyodor on the chin. "You get the point, Fedya." He murmured, seeming at ease against Fyodor. Fyodor sighed and just kept in place out of content. Of course, that wouldn't last long as the sound of the front door unlocking could be heard. Fyodor groaned out of annoyance but knew he would have to move away from Nikolai.. for now. As Nikolai was about to retort back, he heard the door being unlocked and instantly stiffened up. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me..." He muttered quietly, a small huff escaping his lips as he gently pulled away from Fyodor, his cheeks still flushed. The white haired boy gently stood up from the bed, running a hand through his hair. "Its fine," The Russian whispered. "We can have another moment like that later.." Nikolai was  obviously upset, but understood that he was correct. Nikolai remained quiet for a moment, the boy letting out a small sigh. "Right.. whatever you say.. I guess you're right." He muttered in a defeated tone, his cheeks returning back to his normal skin tone. The boy ran his hand through his hair again, his expression turning into his normal neutral one. He hated this, now he would have to pretend that nothing happened between him and Fyodor. The Russian stood up as well, running a hand through his own hair. The boy sighed softly, giving Nikolai a reassuring smile. "I know you don't like this, but trust me, we'll have many more moments like these, Kolya." He whispered lowly, gently ruffling Nikolai's hair. Fyodor could tell how much the boy hated pretending that nothing had occurred between them, which is why he made sure to try and reassure him. It wasn't long before the sound of Fyodor's dad calling them downstairs to see how they were could be heard, earning a disappointed murmur from Fyodor.
