The moment the door opened, this seemingly honest and straightforward woman's demeanor changed dramatically. Suddenly, she threw the child in her arms towards Yun San and stretched out her hand to swiftly strangle Xiao Xiao's neck.

Her movements were so fast that the distant security personnel couldn't react in time, while Yun San, who was closest, was hindered by the child the woman had thrown at him.

Yun San knew this woman must have accomplices and reacted immediately, slipping a pill from his sleeve into the woman's mouth.

The other protectors either continued to hide or stepped forward to surround the area.

Everything happened too quickly for the ordinary people in the carriage to understand what was happening, only seeing the woman suddenly fall down.

"Cease operations. The protective forces surrounding the target exceed our expectations. We need to devise a new plan," one of the men said.

The other man sighed.

The incident with the woman was resolved quickly, and by the time Xiao Xiao and Yun San returned to their compartment, Wang Wei was still unaware of what had happened.
